Three Cuts is a real revelation for meat eaters in Dubai. A steakhouse with character, style and taste, where everything from lighting to music is created for pleasure. The spacious rooftop terrace of Nakheel Mall with a view of the Palm Tree and sunset is already half the pleasure, the other half is the perfect steaks. I ordered the classic ribeye medium rare, and it was a masterpiece: the aroma of smoke, dense crust, juicy texture, and perfectly roasted core. The side dishes are at the level of the best restaurants in Europe: cream puree, spinach with garlic, grilled corn. The bar deserves a special word — whiskey and cocktails are tailored to your taste, as if they've known you for a long time. The service is above praise: the staff is attentive, but not intrusive, the menu is explained with love and confidence. The atmosphere is reminiscent of an expensive London steakhouse, but with a Dubai scale and panoramas. Three Cuts is a place you want to return to, even if you've tried dozens of steakhouses around the world.
