The first visit was 5 stars. A friendly groomer appeared, smiling. Now I'm putting 1. I was on the phone, muttering something under my breath. They didn't cut the dog's hair, just trimmed his muzzle, which didn't need a haircut anyway. They gave it away with the words "there was almost nothing to do," although I always talk about the moments of grooming and do not understand why I keep a dog aged 1.5 hours. The eye infection was treated for several months after this "groomer", the hair around the eyes was pulled out (so the stone was washed). I do not recommend it!

I really liked everything - the haircut is very beautiful (my dog is a Yorkshire terrier) and in a short period of time (not 3-3.5 hours), a very pleasant groomer. We will definitely go!
