The children's water park is under renovation, although this was not discussed when booking. There is a huge minus in the restaurant, especially on the ground floor (it's better not to go there at all), none of the waiters ever came up, for forks themselves, for drinks themselves. There is no variety at all from the word at all: apples, bananas, melons were made from fruits; beef was always made from meat, sometimes fish or chicken the same type of cooking; well, pasta and vegetables. But at least the service on the second floor is better. Maybe, of course, depending on what to compare, you can say you won't stay hungry, but everything is very primitive. The second main disadvantage is animation. I was upset by the lack of evening shows, Miss hotel instead, etc. everything is very weak.... Saved Neverland, be sure to go, but you can only go there once.. The nursery was also seen stronger even in fours. Children's room work in the morning for a couple of hours and in the evening for a couple, mostly children played in the room, baked cookies once in 8 days. No matter how direct the entertainment is... there are many more disadvantages, but small ones in the service.

The restaurants for such a large hotel work perfectly, the cleaning is timely, there are no queues, there are plenty of tables. The cuisine in restaurants varies, try everything. The rooms are standard, there is a kettle, a TV and a refrigerator, there are very few sockets, there is a pair of usb for charging phones, but I did not risk using them. WiFi works well throughout the hotel. Disadvantages: the leftmost beach bar refuses to serve beach resort customers, the excellent children's pool is not heated, and the water there is very cold before lunch. The spa center has an inadequate price tag, the massage is not bad, but not super, and the "friends" managers lose interest in you and knowledge of the Russian language as soon as they receive their several hundred bucks. It is mandatory to bargain, pay only for each session separately. There are not enough tables in the fish restaurant, and the second floor is not working, Children's animation is simply nowhere cheaper, if you have ever been to Egypt or Turkey, you know all these "songs" by heart. In the SPA, as a result, instead of the paid 7 massage sessions, they did 6 (the 7th manager did not indicate in the receipt). Careful, cunning entrepreneurs!
