He created the impression that you expect from Cartier. He makes me want to come back here. All our consultants were English-speaking, so I saw that I might get Russian-speaking staff, but okay, we know the language, so there was no problem. The daughter was also not ignored: they treated her to various sweets, smiled at her, which is certainly pleasant and creates an even more relaxed and friendly atmosphere in the boutique. But it was all the second time. There were no queues, by the way. The consultant was right there. The engraving was done in 10 minutes, which was extremely convenient.

As we wrote below, there is a queue in the store. We were able to buy jewelry only on the second day. I was killed by the packaging - the product was simply put in boxes and bags. There is no packaging paper, no tapes, let alone the famous sealing wax seal, and all these details create the premium level of the store. I asked for it - everything was packed fine, but it should be done without asking. As for the exchange rate, it is not profitable in the store, it was changed at the exchanger directly in the Dubai Mall on the ground floor.
