Review of the restaurant "Venezia Fusion" , Where is it located? A bright gastronomic lighthouse on the culinary map of Brest! It is located on the lively Masherov Avenue, 16. The place is easily accessible to both city guests and locals looking for a quality vacation without having to delve into quiet courtyards. ⚡ Concept and atmosphere: ✔ Format: Italian cuisine restaurant with an emphasis on modern interpretations of classic recipes. The key idea is a harmonious fusion of the traditional tastes of sunny Italy with current trends and an author's approach. The atmosphere is energetic, welcoming, elegant in a European way, but without excessive pretension. The spirit of modern Italy reigns here — cheerful, stylish and gastronomically oriented. The perfect balance between noisy fun and the possibility of a quiet conversation. Design: A combination of Mediterranean chic and industrial loft. The decoration features a palette of warm terracotta shades, natural wood, wrought iron elements and stylish vintage furniture. Large windows that let in a lot of light and an open kitchen where you can watch the magic of cooking are the highlights of the space. Audience: A wide audience — from families with children having Sunday lunch to groups of friends gathering for dinner after work. This is a place for dates, friendly gatherings and those who appreciate not only delicious, but also visually spectacular cuisine. , Visit features: Open kitchen Theater: The main show is the work of the chefs, who can be seen from the audience. You can watch how perfect pizzas with the thinnest crust are born in a wood-burning oven, and the chef puts together complex author's pastas. A modern interpretation of Italy: The menu offers both perfectly executed classic items (carpaccio, grilled octopus, risotto), as well as bold fusion bowls, pastas with unexpected sauces and desserts that are an independent work of art. Aperitif culture: The Italian Aperitivo tradition is honored here. The extensive bar menu includes not only first-class Italian wines (from light Prosecco to rich Barolo), but also signature cocktails based on campari, vermouth and grappa, ideal for starting the evening. Family comfort and hospitality: The service here is surprisingly sincere and prompt. The waiters do not just place orders, but talk with sincere enthusiasm about the dishes and help with the selection, creating the feeling that you have come to visit the hospitable hosts. Undeniable advantages: ✔ High quality and freshness of products. Handmade pasta, seafood and cheeses are imported directly. ✔ Perfect price-performance ratio. The level of cuisine and service is significantly higher than the average check in the city. ✔ Lively, relaxed atmosphere, suitable for any occasion. ✔ An open kitchen as a guarantee of transparency and the highest craftsmanship. ✔ Attentive and knowledgeable staff who makes the visit really comfortable. What you should pay attention to: During peak hours (Friday, Saturday evening), the hall can be quite noisy and crowded. Table reservations are mandatory. The location is popular, so during rush hours the waiting time for an order may increase slightly, but it's worth it. For minimalists looking for a secluded, austere atmosphere, it may seem too lively here. Bottom line: "Venezia Fusion" is a must—visit for everyone who craves high-quality, honest and modern Italian cuisine in Brest. This is not a staged "trattoria", but a vibrant, pulsating gastronomic space where love for food and good company reign supreme. The effect of the visit is a feeling of complete satisfaction and a desire to come back again to try the next dish from the extensive menu. Rating: 9.5/10 Tip: Be sure to book a table for the evening. Start your dinner with an aperitif at the bar. Order something from a wood-burning stove and one of the original pastes. Don't miss tiramisu — it's one of the best in the city here. For a complete immersion, ask the sommelier to recommend wine for the main course. P.S. It is ideal for noisy friendly meetings, a family dinner with children, to get acquainted with the gastronomic life of the city or just for no reason to enjoy delicious food in a great atmosphere. This is a restaurant where guests come back again and again.

I have been visiting this cafe for several years now - I come both for cheap (and at the same time very tasty) pizza to take away, and for business lunches, or just to have a snack - I have never been disappointed, everything is always delicious, and if something is wrong, the issue is solved with a smile and in an instant. The menu is quite diverse, and the waitress girls prepare very tasty coffee and will always advise the best when choosing a dish. The staff is responsive and pleasant, but it is clear that they are working hard. But it's not surprising either - the cafe is positioned more like a children's cafe (there are a lot of children all the time) and, at the same time, for some reason, there is a very dense stream of "contingent" here. I visit regularly and periodically get upset by the completely inappropriate behavior and demands of "gifted individuals" to the waiters, who are already tormented by the streams of people. I would really like to recommend a security guard to the institution. LSS - delicious cuisine, budget prices, beautiful and clever waitresses)

It's not a good place to eat pizza, but it's passable. The menu is varied, there is always a 1+1 promotion for pizzas and there was also a 2+1 promotion for beer. The pizza was dry, it was burnt and there were no condiments. Overall, the service and location are normal. The menu includes pastas, soups and salads. But you should go there for pizza, unless you have enough money for something better.
