I was faced with absolutely negligent treatment of clients and complete incompetence of employees, including management.Chronology of events:Deception during registration: The store staff — and not just anyone, but the manager herself! — they have absolutely no information about the product range. I was issued and sold a chest of drawers with a 100% prepayment, which, as it turned out later, had already been discontinued. Because of this error, I had to waste my time, go to the store again, apply for a refund and re-order another model.Factory failure: The problems didn't end there. The new model was delivered with a gross manufacturing defect: the sides of the gluing of the edges of individual panels were mixed up at the factory. It was physically impossible to detect this defect before the complete assembly.The bureaucratic circle of hell: To replace defective parts, I had to go to the store again, prove my case, write another statement and wait. After that, go to the store for the third time to personally pick up the new panels.As a result, a lot of wasted time, spoiled nerves, missed deadlines and an extremely negative impression of both the store itself and the furniture factory as a whole. There is no quality control in production, and the service in the store is at zero level.The only bright point: I want to express my special gratitude to the furniture assembler. This man is the only employee who has shown humanity and professionalism. Unlike the representatives of the factory and the manager, he really tried to solve my problem quickly and somehow help. The rest of the staff should learn how to work with him.
