After looking at the list on the stand which bills are not accepted - I did not find such a case, it is not written anywhere that a bill with a spot of yellow glow in UV is not accepted, to which the cashier replied to me that such a case is not listed in the list of bills that are accepted (there is only a spot with blue and white glow listed), which means it can Don't take it from me. I asked where she got it from, where it was written, to which she replied I have an encasement and closed the window. I needed it urgently and it was evening, so I was upset. And I exchanged it in another place without any problems. I don't know if the problem here is with the employee or with Alfa Bank itself (do such installations work in it or did the cashier behave like that)
