The knives are excellent, but each for its own purpose, you can use any of them as a universal one, taking into account the steel and the sharpening angle. The factory sharpening is good, but I will re-sharpen it to suit my needs. The Golden Eagle is good for more delicate work, and the Falcon is good for hard work.
