The hotel is good, sometimes when booking they offer not only breakfast included, but also dinner in their rather famous restaurant, it offers a separate menu consisting of 3 pages on each page you can choose 1 dish, they are divided into salad/soup, main course and dessert. The hotel has a swimming pool and a fitness room, parking is also available, a shop is located nearby, and the rooms themselves are large. But there is a disadvantage, the floors in this hotel are cleaned with a product with a rather unpleasant odor, I liked everything else.

I stayed at this hotel in the Dubai Marina area and was satisfied. The location is excellent: close to the beach, tram stop and shops. The rooms are very spacious, with a kitchen and everything you need. The price of accommodation was pleasantly surprised — it is a rarity for such a level and location. The staff is polite and always ready to help. The rooftop pool overlooking the city is a great place to relax. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. If you are looking for comfortable and affordable accommodation in the center of Dubai, I recommend this hotel.

It's a nice hotel, a little worn out from time to time, but that doesn't make it any worse. The food is a little of the same type, but delicious. The room is always clean, the size of the room, the presence of a kitchen, a washing machine, a room with an ironing board, as well as 4 toilets were left in mild shock. At first, we just got lost in the room. The location is good- 3 minutes and you are on the beach, 5 minutes and you are at the Marina, 1 minute and you are at the tram, with which you can get to the shopping center or to the subway.

Large, clean rooms. We cleaned every day. The staff is friendly enough, but at the check-out they asked me to pay for a mini-bar, which I did not have, after the showdown everything was resolved, but the sediment remained. Simple, hearty breakfasts. The beach is far enough away and there are no beach towels. If you come to Dubai for a beach holiday, then you are not here. There is a tram stop nearby, and the metro is a 10- to 15-minute walk away.

I am currently staying at this hotel. I booked my trips through Yandex. For a week, Yandex could not give an answer - what additional fees are waiting for me. And here's a surprise! The deposit for the room is 500 dirhams, I've already read that in the reviews, but the 360 dirhams tourist tax was amazing. Yandex itself claims that it contacted the hotel and a deposit of 10 dirhams per night - they did not contact anyone, they replied at the reception that they had not received any requests for my booking. The hotel also calculates the tax per night based on the number of bathrooms. In family rooms, there are 3-4 of them per room, that's all the math! The hotel itself is quite nice, the outdoor pool is cold - no one swims there until late at night. You can take a tram to Kite Beach, which is a beautiful beach. Therefore, comrades, avoid Yandex and its support. As long as there was something to sell, it was really impossible to contact the hotel and clarify this point. Now they continue to feed me breakfast, why the tax was 360 instead of 90 dirhams. But there will be no response - no one cares about customers. The first and last time I booked on a trip was a terrible experience!

Of the cons, the hotel is dirty and old. there are ants in the hotel rooms (3rd floor), the last time I was eaten by bedbugs in the apartments. At first I did not understand what kind of red spots appear on the skin, I thought it was an allergy. Then I saw a bug on the pillow, called cleaning, and I was moved to another room during the cleaning. After cleaning, the bedbugs returned.

There was an apartment on the 14th floor, with a large room for 2 families. A large living room, many showers, a kitchen with everything you need. Stove, extractor hood, refrigerator, dishwasher and all the attributes (plates, pots, etc.), excellent beds with soft mattresses and blankets. There is a swimming pool, outside (cool) and inside. The Jacuzzi. There is a gym, a sauna and a Turkish steam room. I was delighted with the breakfast. I had a rest in December 2017. A wonderful hotel, well maintained with a beautiful view from the window. Comfortable bed in the bedroom. Rooms are well cleaned. The bathroom has everything you need, the room had 3 bathrooms, WC at the exit. Amazing kitchen, there is everything, even two types of service (coffee tea), dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and a huge wide window sill with a view of the "Sail" Near the tram, well-groomed beach "Barasti" (from 10 am), supermarket. But the administration is a complete trash. We went on business with a company, one person had to pay accordingly. As a result, when they came to the hotel, in the middle of the last day, they found that the cards for entering the rooms were blocked. The administrator said that he would not unlock it until we paid the full cost. We explained that the person with the work card, who was booked by the way, would be later, and we need to get to the room. They swore, shouted, all to no avail, I had to wait for a colleague with a map. But that's not all. A colleague logically asked to deduct the deposit from the cost, the administrator resisted, but eventually sent the cleaner to take everything out of the mini bar.
