Today, 03/21/2026, we visited the amusement park with my daughter and wife, and instead of positive emotions, there were only negative ones! We bought tokens and chose the racing cars machine, however, after dropping the token and clicking everything that was necessary, time passed, but the car was not driving, the administrator was invited, the woman was very nervous and unfriendly, clarified that everything was working, in a rough form, after some unpleasant dialogue, returned the token. When we left, she sat down by herself and the machine was also not working, my wife clarified that we also had, to which she received the answer, I don't want to talk to you.. Then they went to the machine with a hammer, my daughter began to hit the mice, but it also did not work, turning again to the administrator, they received the answer that they should gently hit the mice with their fingers, and not hit with a hammer, which is exactly what it is designed for. Everything was said again in a rough form. All this time, children came up to the cash register and complained that the machines were inoperable and would not start after dropping a token. We decided to return the remaining tokens, to which we received an answer that this was not possible.. They asked for a complaint book, there was a young girl at the checkout who clarified that she had been working for a week and did not know anything, went to check with the administrator where the book was, waited for about ten minutes. As a result, we received a book, without notes, and at the end a sheet was enclosed stating that the current book is located at Ozheshko,16. I consider this unacceptable, it is necessary to deal with the machines and the competence of the staff, especially in an institution that is mainly attended by children who are not always able to stand up for themselves!

But the young man working on the attraction with cars needs to be replaced urgently, because apart from checking tickets and turning on/off, he doesn't know how to do anything else and doesn't want to. On request: - Please instruct the girl how to operate the car correctly. He replied, "I don't get paid for it, it's not my job!" I hope the administration will promptly deal with such an employee, and give him the opportunity to work not with people, but with a broom in the park or on the amusement grounds.
