I am very unhappy with the situation that happened to me! I ordered the product from Alser and I even received a WhatsApp message saying that I could not pick up my product until November 7, BUT when I arrived to pick up my product, it was not there. As I found out later, one of the employees, whose name I don't know, registered my product for himself! As a result, due to an urgent need, I had to choose another product, I hope the employee will be found and fined!
