We visited this hotel in 2012, when it was still a Ramada. We decided to repeat the trip in 2023, because there was a large company, and we needed a large room. I still remember a room with everything I need, a living-dining room, a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a pull-out sofa in the living room. My memory did not fail, the rooms are huge, of course, but it looks like there has been no renovation since then. The old room stock, completely alienated staff, poor cleaning. The only plus is the views from the window from the upper floors.

We were checked into the wrong room that we booked, and we stayed in a room much lower in class for 2 days. I recommend the hotel! Transfer 3 times a day to Al Can Beach. The beach itself is beautiful with swings, the waves are cool! The hotel room had two separate beds and a pull-out sofa. Life hack: to call a taxi to Dubai, it will be cheaper to go through the Sahara Mall, and you will see a taxi stand, this is just Dubai, saving 20 dirhams (taken if the border of Sharjah and Dubai intersects).

In principle, I mostly liked everything: the rooms are clean, the air conditioner does not blow on sleeping places, the hotel has a solarium, swimming pool, sauna, fitness. The bus takes you to and from the sea three times. In front of the hotel there is a large Sahara mall, behind the hotel there are working areas, which are also interesting to wander through, I take into account security in the UAE. Of the disadvantages, it can be noted that the menu could be more diverse, and there was no cork in the bath, but round soap perfectly replaced it. Also, the staff is not Russian-speaking, but somehow it turned out to be explained in broken English.

The staff is friendly, but not everyone speaks English well. Cons: if the windows of the room overlook the shopping center and the road, then at first it will be difficult to fall asleep, it is very noisy; before checking in, they clean mediocre, and then more or less, they may forget to provide you with bathrobes (which will turn out to have holes) and slippers, towels. But they will bring it on request. The pool and gym did not arouse a desire to use. The breakfasts are good, but the dinners are not so good. If you are not pretentious, you plan only to spend the night, then I advise you. However, I wouldn't live here a second time.

We had a rest 2 years ago!A great hotel, rested in an apartment with a kitchen.Huge room, clean.There is a mosque nearby, but it didn't bother us.Of course, it's a long way to the beach and the bus was not convenient, but we were a few years ago, now everything is possible differently.Next to the Lu Lu store there is absolutely everything there and bought.Opposite the shopping center.Be careful with the taxi, because there is a border crossing which will be a completely different fare, you need to stop on the side of the Sugar Shopping Center.

Extremely polite staff, very tasty breakfasts that did not bother us for 2 weeks, convenient location, if you are by car, there is Parking with a valet, there are a lot of cool cafes around where to have a cheap dinner and a huge shopping center through the transition. Daily change of towels, washing dishes, cleaning. Of the minuses - except that it is the lack of Russian-speaking staff, a sad pool and in places very shabby furniture :) but this does not spoil the rest at all!

Decent hotel, friendly staff. We had a room with a view of the Sahara shopping center, in the morning you can't hear the mules, the mosque on the other side is 50 meters from the hotel. I liked the room very much, the renovation is not fresh, but everything is in good condition. The food is the same every day. Everything was delicious. Good day to everyone. We were at the hotel from 2.02.2023 to 8.02.2023, room 313. Check-in is fast, no problems. The staff is friendly, there are Russian speakers. The food is good. My wife and I were without lunch, breakfast and dinner included. Everything that was tasted is very tasty. But this is our personal opinion. We liked it. Across the street is the Sugar Shopping Center. There is a supermarket to the right of the hotel in a five-minute walk, you can buy groceries and other goods. Behind the hotel on the third parallel street, a street with a dividing strip, near the park, there is a supermarket. One but... Couldn't find a souvenir shop near the hotel. We, three friends, rested at this hotel for 7 nights from November 22, arrived in the morning at 10.30, met us at the airport and took us to the hotel by transfer. There were a lot of people leaving that day and we could not be accommodated before lunch, at around 13.00 we were issued, with a deposit of 200 dirhams, followed by payment at check-out, there is no daily fee in Sharjah hotels and they placed us in room 1802. The room was Deluxe, very large, with a balcony, with a safe, autonomous air conditioning, windows facing the courtyard, opposite the mosque. The mosque did not bother us at all. We really liked the room, our things were delivered by the butler, there were three of us, there were two beds in the room and he told us that in 10 minutes we would arrange a third bed and everything necessary for the third guest. We took breakfast and dinner, on arrival, had a snack from the road in the room, drank tea, a kettle, 1.5 liters of water and sugar, tea leaves, coffee, cream were for tea. Having settled in the room , we decided to take a walk in the shopping center before dinner ‘Sugar.’ It really turned out to be huge, three floors high, it has everything for shopping, snacks, a playground for children, currency exchange, a cafe, the only grocery store left on the lower floor, and the other one did not stop by. We passed through the shopping center to the Dubai side, from where you can get to Dubai and back, saving 20 dirhams, tax for crossing another Emirate. Then we returned to the hotel for dinner. When we went up to the room, we found that for the third guest, the sleeping place was not prepared and there were no accessories for it. I had to go down to the reception, where, fortunately for me, there was a Russian-speaking employee, he immediately called, instructed the employee to arrange a sleeping place, give out slippers, bathrobes and everything necessary. But this employee turned out to be very slow and incomprehensible, although he came to our requests all the time and said Ok, but all the time he did not bring the matter to completion. And again I had to go down again and tell the employee that not everything was being achieved on his instructions from the employee serving our room, he scolded him on the phone and instructed another employee to finish the job. After that, they walked then in twos, both answered Ok and walked endlessly. We still didn't understand whether the guys were just starting to work on maintenance, or it's not clear what...? From this situation, we concluded for ourselves that all the questions that arise,?We need to decide without delay, immediately. Of course, we were tired of them, considering our overnight flight. The food in the restaurant, breakfasts and dinners, were very well organized, the menu selection was good for us and there was a very pleasant, attentive service, especially I would like to mention the employees of NANDAN and JACQUELINE. At first there were very few of us, guests, in the restaurant, from one or two rooms, by the end there were more. The hotel was packed, but there were few Russian speakers. Therefore, it was free in the restaurant and on a trip to the sea. The transfer to the sea was organized in the morning at 9.00,10.00,11.00 and back at 12.00, 13.00, 14.00, clearly timed. We got to the beach in literally 10-15-20 minutes, based on the situation on the roads. They gave out huge beach towels at the reception. The beach is municipal, very clean, with white sand, with clear water, with toilets, changing rooms, with a cafe for a snack. Next to the beach on the same side is the CARLTON hotel, which has a nearby shop with a large selection and a daily changing assortment of sweets, tea, nuts, mangoes and other goodies, at reasonable prices. Every day, the seller of this store runs into the beach buses, quickly treats tourists with sweets and distributes a flyer. It is open from 9.00 am, which allows you to make purchases first, leave them with them and then pick them up after returning from the beach. Upon leaving the hotel, we were given two additional free hours, until 14.00, although the day before we ourselves wanted to extend our room for money, but at the reception we could not find such an opportunity, saying that all rooms were redeemed and paid for. And the transfer from the hotel picked us up at 16.00. We managed to visit the sea that day, wash in the room, move things again, get ready, have a snack before departure. And from 14.00 to 15.30 we went, finally, to the NESTO shopping center, it is located 400 meters from the hotel, to make the last purchases. The transfer was served at 15.45 and took us to the airport. It is a 15-minute drive from the hotel. Overall, we really liked the hotel, we would like to return more than once.

The location is very good, I crossed the road at a land crossing, walked through the shopping center and you're in Dubai. We saved money on taxis.
The service is at a high level, everyone is polite and tries to help, up to the porter. You call, bring a towel or shower gel, everything is brought promptly. The rooms are quite spacious, we had a balcony open, dried things there. The food is not as diverse as in Turkey-Egypt, but they did not starve, there are juices, chicken, fish too. We took breakfast and dinner, quite enough. They took about 10 minutes to go to the beach. The beach is mainly for Russians, just like I got to Sochi, some of our aunts.
To get around the hotel from behind, there is a sauna, a gym and a swimming pool, but it is not instagrammable, so if you go after the sauna in the evening.

We have been resting for a week in this hotel. Excellent price-quality ratio. The views from the windows are not pleasing to the eye, but the blackout curtains are always closed) The noise from the road prevented sleep only on the first night. The furniture is old, the plumbing is too. But the masters come to fix it very quickly. The bed linen is snow-white, very pleasant. the mattresses are comfortable. We took two meals a day. The choice is small, but the food is fresh and good. Daily cleaning, good. The bus to the free beach at 9.10 and at 11. There was always enough space. We liked the paid Al Mamzar more, we go there by taxi. After the crowded Dubai Mall, the Sahara Mall is just a relaxation.
There are good restaurants and brands. Hit Black Friday, the prices are great. For an overnight stay, the hotel is just super, the location is convenient. Going to Dubai is not close, but we were going to sunbathe and swim. The beaches nearby are clean and comfortable. We like everything)

The location is not the worst option, but the distance from the beach and the dependence on transport to the beach (a crowd of tourists in one small bus) was a little annoying, departure to the beach at 9, 10, 11 in the morning and at 12, 13, 14 back. All who did not have time, on their own.
Room service. Normal maintenance (just so that the room is normally cleaned), the plumbing was washed, the bed linen was replaced as it should be 1 time in 3 days (as stated) we did not wait, we added soap, shampoo, gel, balm, toilet paper and changed the towel on request, but actually we had an order, so we did not really complain to them.
The staff is polite enough, there are Russian-speaking staff. All the problems with the poor plumbing and the request for the allocation of an ironing board and iron were fulfilled quickly. In general, well done! What falls apart and flows does not depend on them...we repaired everything quickly.
I liked the food in principle, but surprisingly, tea and coffee were not served for lunch and dinner...the cake was cooked, and to eat with juice...a strange story...they didn't understand why.
The beach is generally clean, the water is clear, lifeguards work on the beach, alcohol is prohibited in Sharjah, but the Russians managed to drink beer on the beach in the open))

Of course, you can skimp on words and say "Everything is gorgeous", but still I want to tell you in detail. They settled us on the 17th floor. There were three of us (me, daughter-16 years old and daughter-11 years old). View from the balcony of the mosque. I must say right away, no prayers prevented us from sleeping!!!, as some write in the reviews. The room is huge, comfortable beds. The bathroom is large, the whole set of soap and soap was. Cleaned every day! Fresh towels, replenishing tea/coffee/sugar + 1.5 liters of water daily. The hotel administration, even without knowing Russian, always tries to help! They smile and try to correct the situation at the first request! The room cleaners are young guys. They are clever, hardworking. And no matter how much work they have, they always give a good mood with their smiles! We had breakfast/dinner meals. That was enough for us. The food is all delicious, sometimes the truth is that the food is very peppery, but you can always take what will be to your taste. They always ate delicious and densely. The restaurant is clean, dirty dishes are always cleaned, the floor is constantly wiped. Sometimes there was a queue at breakfast, but it quickly "dissolved", thanks to the competent seating of guests at the tables. The hotel has a heated swimming pool. The pool is nice, clean, not deep 1.47 m. In the pool there is a room to change clothes, shower, hairdryer. The only disadvantage of the pool: bathing for women is only one hour a day (from 19-20 hours), the rest of the time is reserved only for men. A shuttle takes you to the beach, at 9, 10 and 11 o'clock (but in fact the first bus can leave at 9, the second at 9-30, and the third at 10-30). We usually went to breakfast at 9 o'clock, after breakfast we went to the bus. Beach towels are given out at the reception, they are just gorgeous, soft and huge. You just need to sign for them. We took the bus to Al Khan Beach for 20-25 minutes. All the seats on the bus were occupied, no one was standing on their feet.
Now about everything else)): beach: snow-white soft sand, crystal clear clear water in the sea. At first you come in, of course it seems that the water is cold, then the body gets used to it and no longer wants to get out)). Tanned, became chocolate. The air temperature was 26 degrees, cooler in the evening. The sea is 22-23 degrees. For kids it is very convenient, very long shallow water. The beach is clean, it has a good toilet, changing cabins and a shower.
What's in the neighborhood: opposite the hotel Sahara shopping center. They changed dollars for dirhams there, you need to have a passport with you. There are many local shops, pharmacies, "cheburechnye" nearby. There is also a large Nesto hypermarket nearby. You can buy everything there, except mom and dad)))).
We took a sightseeing tour of Dubai from our guide (without dinner and climbing the Burj Khaliva. The tour was on a big bus. We drove through iconic and beautiful places, took pictures. We were also taken to the Think Mall and given 2 hours of free time. Be sure to see the dancing fountains and the Burj Khalifa illuminated in the dark!! That's great! (my price is $45 per person).
We also took Safaris. We were rolled along the dunes, first we were fed a snack, then 3 show programs, and then a hearty dinner. Everything was very cool. (the price is about the same $ 40-45 per person).
We also took a taxi to the fish market, bought shrimp and crab there, cooked it there and ate it in the nearest park)), delicious! Taxi there 23 dirhams, back about the same.
When our wonderful week was over, longing caught up with us)). At our request, we were collected dry.ration to the airport). When we landed in Moscow, it seemed that this whole week was a dream ...
