Greetings! We stayed at this hotel for a week in October 2025. At first, they didn't put us in the declared room (three friends, but they gave us a two-room room with a double bed and a sofa), but the next day they moved our things themselves and we settled into a room with three separate beds. The room is nice, all the accessories (shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, soap, body cream, hair cap, ear sticks, slippers, needle thread, shoe sponge); the room has a refrigerator, kettle, mugs (coffee, cream, tea, sugar, water) all replenished each day. Towels were changed every day, bed linen was changed 2 times in 6 days. Upon request, an iron was brought and it was in the room. It's always clean. About the breakfast, the buffet, the variety as in all hotels, but there was not enough hot food (the hot was imported and half an hour later than the restaurant opened, everything was cold). There is no coffee machine. Tea and coffee were ready on a heated stove in separate kettles, as well as hot and cold milk separately, and you could make coffee yourself (instant nescafe). In general, they left well-fed. The pool was not working, and the hammam was also never visited. There is a bar in the lobby with sofas and armchairs. We spent one evening on an open terrace with sofas and tables, there is a terrace umbrella in case of rain. In general, everything is fine, I recommend it.

We stayed at this hotel in January 2026 while visiting Istanbul for a tourist purpose. The urban-type hotel is located on a busy tourist street, a 5-minute walk from Taksim Square and the Istanbul Metro station of the same name. The service and attitude of the staff are three-fold. Be prepared to remember your "bad English" if you decide to book this hotel. The breakfasts are very monotonous, the coffee is not from the coffee machine. Formally, the hotel satisfies its 4 stars: there is a sauna, a pool on the ground floor. There is also a hammam, but when we went to look, it was cold. The rooms are fresh, the plumbing is new. If you are "lucky" to check into rooms 1105, 1205, 1305, etc., be prepared for the sad view from the windows of the neighboring building and the courtyard fenced on all sides: the view from the window is in the photo. When I asked about a room change, the madam at the reception replied that a room with a "sea view" costs 20 euros per day extra charge). So, due to the poor attitude of the staff towards Russian-speaking guests, I will not recommend this hotel.

Pros: The staff is pleasant and courteous. The lobby is beautiful. Convenient location near Taksim Square. Room cleaning every day. Cons: the restaurant is open only for breakfast. The pool is cold. The room had a view of the wall of another building. Cold air was blowing in from the cracks in the window.

We stayed at the hotel with a family of 3 adults and a child. The hotel is nice, conveniently located in the very center, within walking distance of Taksim metro station. There are small supermarkets near the hotel, and Istiklal is a 1-minute walk away. We would like to thank the staff of the hotel restaurant, the breakfasts were always very tasty, pleasant and comfortable. We also note the excellent room cleaning, cleaning and towel change every day. The room was a suite, the room had 2 TVs, a tea station, water replenishment, coffee, tea daily for free. We are reducing the score for a non-working pool and daily assurances from the staff in the spa area that it will work "every other day", which, in fact, did not work during the week of stay at the hotel. We chose a hotel specifically with a pool for relaxation after a day out, but unfortunately no one informed us about the non-working pool when paying for accommodation.

Excellent hotel, with a beautiful view of the Bosphorus. 60 minutes by metro from the airport with 1 transfer, near the port, Elal street, tram to Fatih. Good location. The breakfasts are delicious, fresh, and varied. They gave me a compliment when I checked in and on my birthday. Nice, helpful staff. New towels and bed linen are provided every day.

Marble Hotel This is a wonderful hotel, where the location, renovation of the rooms, breakfasts, staff and the cost of living are perfectly combined. Istiklal, tram T1, and Karatash pier are close here. You can get anywhere. We were here at the end of March 2025, and we were very satisfied.
