The warranty card was not included in the equipment. And my air conditioner broke down a month later. I contacted this store and was told that they would definitely give me a warranty card. It turns out that I am not the only one and this store is waiting for documents for other equipment. I have not received a call or response from this company for a month. Once again, I came to them and again received an answer that I still need to wait for the warranty from Moscow to arrive. And I'd better call the Moscow service center myself, because they don't answer the store. Is this even normal?! LG - are you an international company or a Sharashkin desk that collects its equipment in garages? The service center and the support service work disgustingly. I do not recommend this store or LG appliances in general. In the future, I will definitely make a choice in favor of another brand.

It seems that ElGey's company has created a user support service in the hope that they will confuse people's heads and they will not complain to anyone anymore. I left a claim on 23.07 there is still no response, but the operator confidently says that the claim was transferred to the legal department. I called the legal department, but they didn't even hear about such a claim. With such an attitude towards customers, I will never buy a single product from this company again
