A very simple hotel by Turkish standards.
15-20 minutes by taxi to the center of Istanbul. Half an hour to the airport.
Breakfast is monotonous every day. But in a beautiful, panoramic restaurant on the 10th floor.
The room has everything you need.
Of the obvious disadvantages, the TV did not work, and they could not fix it. Fungus in the bathroom. I came across a room with a window inside the hotel - I do not recommend it.
The staff is top. They are helpful and friendly. Good English.
A deposit of 100 euros will be requested upon entry. The minibar is paid.

Very helpful and hospitable staff!! We always met them halfway, helped them in unusual situations)
I reduced it by one star only for the carpet - you can't clean it so easily, and there are flaws from long-term operation
We didn't use the transfer, I can't say anything about it, but it is there, I saw the schedule))
The food is edible from time to time, but this is generally the trend of the city))

This is a great hotel! The staff is very pleasant, helps with all the little things. I took a room with a view of the bay! The view is gorgeous. The breakfasts are very tasty!
There is no alcohol at all, if anyone cares)

Polite staff, but a strange location where there is nothing nearby, breakfast for 4 people. Unsuccessful rooms with windows to the inner atrium. The windows cannot be opened, as the noise from the lobby and music, and fresh air are not allowed into the room.
In March, the temperature in the room was 26C and the air conditioner was not working, as the system was still set to heat.

A gorgeous spacious room. The reception will explain everything thoroughly and show you where everything is. Keep in mind that the restaurant is open until 23:00, but the room service is open 24 hours, so you can order from them, but they do not accept dollars, only lira or euro

We had a rest from May 6 to 11, 2023, a deluxe room with a view of the park and the river. The room is large and clean, has everything you need for a comfortable stay, very polite staff. Cleaning is daily, special thanks to a lovely woman named Saadet, who cleaned our room! Delicious and varied breakfasts! I recommend the hotel

The hotel is very good. 15€ buffet breakfast. I liked the kitchen. The menu is fine. The view from the window beyond the Golden Horn, where kayakers row in threes in the morning. Service, cleaning are all on top. Polite staff. Of the disadvantages, few people speak Russian. It's better to say the translator app and then everything will be on fire.
