When we checked in, we were given a room on the ground floor, there was garbage on the floor from previous guests, used gel in the shower. The walls and furniture are dirty, stripped, and there is mold on the ceiling in the shower. The floor is covered with crusted dirt. Strange ergonomics of the space, for example, the bathroom door, opening, rests against the sink, there are no hooks for towels and shelves in the shower. There are slightly better rooms on the other floors. The best one is a double bed on the 6th floor. The beds and bed linen, towels are good and clean. Lovely and helpful staff.
