On the day of the appointment, I arrived at the embassy, only to encounter shocking levels of rudeness, disrespect, and complete lack of consideration. The woman at Window 1 displayed an appalling attitude. When I asked questions to clarify why my documents were deemed incorrect, she walked away from the counter and loudly exclaimed, " I am.sick of this " (loosely translating to, "Как меня все это достало"). You can imagine my absolute disbelief and shock! As I was leaving—mind you, I hadn’t even mentioned anything about maternal capital (*материнский капитал*)—she told me, unprompted, that my request for it would be rejected. Her behavior was so unprofessional and hostile that everyone in the room stared at me, leaving me feeling deeply humiliated. I cannot believe such treatment came from my own embassy!
