Nice hotel.
Average but decent breakfasts.
Clear.
The room has an airing mode and everything you need. Modern furnishings and lighting.
Emirates Mall is a 5-minute walk away, and metro stations (Mall or Insurance Market) are 10-15 minutes away. There are several small shops and cafes nearby.

One of the favorite chains abroad, everything is at a high level, all problems are solved instantly, high-level restaurants, excellent spa treatments, a large selection for sports programs, a very responsive reception!!!!! I recommend it!!!!

A good chain hotel. You need to understand that this is the most budget-friendly of the Marriott line in Dubai. Accordingly, one of the disadvantages: the rooms are slightly worn. One night, noisy neighbors moved into the next room, as a result, the sound insulation turned out to be poor. The hotel doesn't have the usual buns for other networks like transfers to the beach or malls, but as far as I've googled, Marriott doesn't indulge in this.
There are probably more advantages:
- the breakfasts are excellent, there are no queues, there is always plenty of room (many hotels in this price segment have problems with this)
- there is a nice pool on the roof, you can even swim, again, there were always free sun beds, and if you come early, even a tent
- location. The metro is a 15-minute walk away. There are several accessible cafes nearby.
As a result, a good four for reasonable money for Dubai

Not a bad hotel for your money.
The rooms are spacious and well equipped.
The sound insulation is poor.
The breakfasts have a varied menu, but do not change from day to day.
The location is convenient, from the metro 10 minutes at a brisk pace, to the mall - 5 minutes leisurely. Bus stops are also nearby.
To the sea about 15 minutes by taxi, an hour on foot or 25 minutes by bus (if waiting and walking from the stop to the beach, then 45).
I stayed on a business trip. Lived alone in the room. It was comfortable. The only thing bothering me was the music from the street and the squeaking of the elevator, which was very clearly audible in the room next to it, which I got.

A wonderful hotel with an excellent location, a five-minute walk from the Emirates Mall. Good breakfasts, from porridge to red fish. The room may be a little bit with "tired" moments, but these are such little things. Clean, pleasant smell. Cleaning without complaints. There are bathrobes, slippers, and a safe. There is a nice rooftop pool with a bar, in the evening you can drink a delicious cocktail or other alcohol there. Parking for cars is underground for free. Honestly, I want to come back next time, although there is a lot of choice in the city.

A nice, normal hotel, quite simple, clean, everything is fine with the service.
The rooms are small, the view from the windows is not particularly good, but the prices are not so high…
There is a swimming pool.
A large selection of breakfasts: you can find porridge, and various egg dishes, and yoghurts, and fruits, and muesli, and vegetables with sausages. It's not pompous, it's quite simple, but everyone can find something.
But some kind of trouble with coffee: the waiter brings it, you can't pour it yourself, but you have to wait Sooooo long, you've already eaten everything, you're waiting ... as a result, they bring it barely warm.

Unpleasant smell in the room upon check-in. After a thorough cleaning, which was done the morning after the smell complaint, everything got better, but it was only a day later that everything was fine. Otherwise, an ordinary hotel matches its price for Dubai.

No construction sites around, friendly and loyal reception, there is a Russian-speaking girl and an Uzbek. cleaning and towels every day, silence in the corridors, rooftop pool, iron, board, hair dryer, mini fridge, safe, kettle, tea and coffee, sugar, mugs, glasses, air conditioning. A huge plasma without Russian channels, you can connect YouTube via Bluetooth. A good breakfast buffet. A taxi is paid for on the kite beach. Free sauna. There are minimarkets on both sides. The Emirates Mall is five minutes away, and the cheap LuLu hypermarket is fifteen minutes away. Two metro stations in ten minutes. There is a cheap bus from the Emirates Mall to Global Village. The only negative is the low threshold at the shower stall, the water is overflowing. Otherwise, everything is super.

Good afternoon. We had a rest with my wife and son for 8 years from February 22 to February 29. I liked the hotel. Check-in at 15.00 we were settled immediately upon arrival at 10.30 without any problems. The room at check-in was given with a view of the wall, the wife was indignant the next morning they moved to a room with a view of the mosque, super. We took a room with breakfast and lunch or dinner at your discretion. They feed well without complaints. The rooftop pool is heated, we swam every day. The hotel is new, the rooms are good. I recommend it!
