I visited this salon on December 26, 2024. Of the advantages, I can say that the place where the salon is located is quite beautiful. Inside, the overall decoration is +- normal. That's where the advantages end... First of all, I would like to note the obvious disregard for basic sanitary and epidemiological requirements, the craftsman in front of me did not open the kraft bag as confirmation that the tools were sterile (at this stage it was necessary to run away from there). They appreciated my nails, which have pronounced "beaks". They suggested making them direct - I immediately made it clear that I don't speak Azerbaijani very well (a non-native language) and I would like to be explained literally on my fingers what the essence of the procedure is (spoiler, they didn't explain anything normally, I was interested in the algorithm of actions, but they told me that they would just grow direct later - the information usefulness is equal zero). Okay, okay. I agreed. What was my surprise when the nails turned out to be not straight, but a runway! The master managed to make normal straight nails only on 2/10 fingers, and all the others decided to fly up. From the point of view of design in general, there are no questions, but within the framework of customer orientation, it was possible to coordinate every finger with me, as all top masters do (I clarified in advance whether the qualification of the master was basic or top, since in principle I always go only to top masters - they said "master tebi ki". So it's clear that the master, it's the qualification that interests me :) But I thought okay, maybe they don't know themselves). Further, regarding the technique of work, it's just HELL. In my entire life, I've only had so much pain twice, so it's obviously not something wrong with my fingers, but the master is just a "non-master." All the time, any file that the master took in his hands, most of it rubbed not the nail, but the skin! The cuticle was badly treated, and more than one finger was cut, for which there were no apologies. In some places, the cuticle remained to live its life, and in others it was clearly overdone. The most shocking thing was that at one point I felt a mega burning pain, and as it turned out, the master decided to completely tear off my hyponychium with a milling cutter. Which MUST NOT BE TOUCHED IN ANY CASE! Obviously, in my case there was a mega hellish pain, but you can be a little more careful in a human way, at least a little bit. Hurry up and make people laugh, and as a result, this nightmare and horror will be on my hands for two weeks now, everyone who sees it laughs at this shame. As a result, one nail was immediately dirty, as I understood with blood. And this did not bother the master. Oh, and they have an interesting pricing policy. I asked both on WhatsApp and directly at the salon 10 times how much a manicure and pedicure would cost in total - 50 manats. Then, as a result, an incomprehensible and useless service was added during a pedicure, without notifying that they would do it at all and that it was paid. When they tried to start something, I immediately said that I didn't need it. As a result, 5 manats arrived from the air. In general, I'm not sorry, I was completely disappointed when I left the salon and wanted to escape from there as quickly as possible. But in reality, I advise the management and owners of the salon to take the recruitment of personnel very seriously, and also, if necessary, to send them for retraining - this master lacks not only some increased requirements, but elementary basic ones. I will not write the name of the master, there are no plans to kill his reputation.
