Thank you for the very good service and delicious cuisine. We celebrated Mom's anniversary, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere and the kitchen. I liked salads and hot dishes.They were taken
from mutton and chicken. The portions are large, the taste is excellent, the meat is tender.

I celebrated my birthday in this institution not long ago, the cuisine is delicious, the music is incendiary, the service is good, well, the prices are quite pleasant, as well as the interior itself, everything is very beautifully decorated. But there is one drawback , the tables are too close to each other , you can 't get through , and there is so little space on the dance floor from the number of people who want, although it didn 't stop us , it was still cramped and stuffy . This is the only negative.

The place is certainly good, the kebabs are wonderfully cooked. Excellent staff. I understand that the corporate events period is underway. But trying to squeeze all the space under the tables with large companies is already too much. I was in this institution as a guest on December 20, 2024. It is simply impossible to leave the table and not cause inconvenience to both the neighbor at the table and the person at the next table. The table where we rested and tasted the phenomena interfered with the dancers. The place for the dance floor was stung to such an extent that going to the toilet or going outside to smoke became some kind of quest, because you had to make your way through the dancing people.
I'm not sure if those companies that have faced all these inconveniences this year will hold corporate events there again.

Bring the meat, the barbecue is cold. It's just awful. Too many people are a nightmare. A terrible crush. The music is not very good. I don't understand why I paid so much money at all. Parking is small. The sofas are huge, and there's no point in them. It is not convenient to pass between them at all, first you need to let people through. Then you can go through there somehow. Too much noise. You can't talk properly at the table, except for the music.

We came to Mom's birthday party. We wanted to have a great time, everything is tight with the service. The waiters are sitting at another table and do not come to remove the empty plates, the hookah was more suitable than themselves. It seems that 10% for the service is unreasonable. It really messed up the perception of the place.
With regard to the kitchen, there are complaints, they took shish kebab, and lamb ribs, and chicken wings were over-salted. There are no more disadvantages about the kitchen, it's delicious.
Music. The problem is severe, there is a playlist that consists of 20 songs, and in 4 hours of stay, she got it.
The interior is pleasant, comfortable sofas.
2 years ago, the service was 10 times better, now, no one cares about you. When you call, ignore it.
They asked to pack the food home, they immediately brought the bill, they asked: why? No one asked, we decided everything ourselves ... I was extremely dissatisfied with the waiters.
When they were told about the discount, no one said the banal "happy Birthday", which caused a terrible aftertaste.
But respect for the hookah man, the man is cool, cultured and pleasant.
When they arrived, the hookah man was not at work. And when I came, the waitress gave up on the fact that I wanted to order a hookah. Immediately after my warning that she had given up on it, the bartender came up and took the order, the question was, initially it was impossible to do this?! Or it was so hard that only half of the meal, we were only able to make an order. There is no sense of a relaxing atmosphere.
The administrator is generally a failure, she said hello and that's it, and then at the entrance. Disgusting!!!
The knives are blunt, they can't cut the meat, I had to eat with my hands, which is not good!
And when there was a moment when the food was packed for us, there was so much rude response in order to protect ourselves so that the "waiter" showed that he was right.

- why did you bring the bill and not count the discount?
There was an answer:
- we don't do that, we should have said it initially.
There are no words, only emotions ... although the waiter was obliged to clarify:
- Can I bring you the bill?
If I could rate the service myself, I would rate it at 0%, because the rudeness of the waiter was not legitimate in such a situation

There are small nuances, for example, they ordered sea buckthorn tea, but there was no sea buckthorn and added syrup, they did not ask us, but immediately brought this tea, they did not bring the sauce to the barbecue, but included it in the bill. But the service is like in the Village (that is, there is no) well, okay, we thought maybe the kitchen would fix the whole situation. We ordered a set of shish kebabs (the serving was a beautiful tray with greens and lavash) but the amount of shish kebab did not match the ordered price because it was like there was half a tray of all these greens and lavash. And the whole company said with one voice that he wasn't worth his money without even trying this barbecue. I really hope that the management will check and correct the whole situation. Unfortunately, I did not formulate it, since I was with guests from China, I was ashamed to take pictures and write a review in front of them.

Like they started to push us. This has already confused me. We began to pack up. Dust. Then the husband paid off and went to the toilet. And I'm sitting calling a taxi and I see this madam, an employee or a cleaner, climbing on a table and walking with her feet on the tables. I was shocked. My daughter too. Yes, the woman took a watering can with water and climbed on the table, walked straight with bare feet on the tables where we had just eaten. I almost threw up. I regret that I did not take this on my phone. So there won't be this cafe in my story anymore. And you decide for yourself. We like to have dinner in cafes and restaurants..We like to go to different places every day. But this is the third place where I have not set foot (( I feel sorry for my stomach so far and the money that was paid there, the time spent there is also a pity. You can take a stepladder and water it humanly. If you want to contain so many colors. But climbing tables with bare feet is unacceptable, of course.
