The rest took place from 07.07.2024 to 17.07.2024, we are delighted! The hotel is gorgeous with its views, the staff is competent in all matters, excellent guys with knowledge of the business, attentive and friendly, there were no problems with the language, mostly Russian speakers. The hotel has a currency exchange without problems (dollars were exchanged for smaller bills, and dollars for pounds) the territory is huge, for the convenience of movement around the hotel there is a bus running every 15 minutes from the reception to the room. Cleanliness, order everywhere, there were no problems with water or electricity in the rooms, the air conditioner was out of order, the reception bell rang, the problem was fixed in 30 minutes! The beach is protected from sharks by corals, lagoons are made, the water is very warm and clean, there are fish swimming around people like pets, we were hand-fed bread from the restaurant! At every step, you can get refreshing cocktails and ice cream for free from 14-17 o'clock. Animators work on the beach, entertain vacationers, in the evening there is a show on a special site and a disco. I advise and recommend you to visit, if possible, we will fly there again

The hotel is large and beautiful. The rooms are spacious with a dressing room and a veranda overlooking the sea. The room has a TV with several Russian channels, a mini-bar (water, cola and sprite), wi-fi of good quality, in the bathroom there is a large shower, hairdryer, toiletries. There is a safe in the dressing room. The food is quite acceptable, I am quite a fastidious person in food, I always found something to eat. The only thing that was very disappointing was the desserts (they are not delicious at all), only if baked in the morning or at the Columbus cafe. By the way, this cafe has the most delicious coffee. Alcohol is of very low quality (local), it is better to take it with you from home or buy it on departure at duty free. The coastline is more than a kilometer long, but you can swim in the sea only in one place (a small lagoon up to 20 m long), so it's very crowded there, you can't swim much. But we saw 7 species of fish in this lagoon, they swim around and you feel like in an aquarium. Since we had a rest in early July, the temperature was around +40+43. The water in the sea is +30. Since the hotel is made of stones, they heat up at such a temperature and give additional air heating during the day, it was "unbearably" hot to walk and walk around the hotel during the day. The air conditioner was not working well in our room, we called a repairman through the reception, but he could not do anything. At night, the temperature in the room was +30, it was uncomfortable to sleep. It is a pity that when the hotel was half empty, we were not moved to another room with a normally working air conditioner. I recommend this hotel only in the season from October to April, in other months it is very hot there because of the heated stone walls.

We returned 3 days ago from this hotel. The hotel is good: the food is decent, there is fish, there are seafood, but meat and fish are mostly fried and in batter. For those who do not eat fried food, there is just boiled chicken and a few more boiled dishes. The staff is polite, many speak Russian, which is good news. But if you know English, then there should be no problems in communication at all. The hotel has a very beautiful bay where yachts and boats are moored. For photos, it's generally a beauty. But you can't swim in it. As for the beach: if you are a lover of a sandy beach, then you probably are not here. Because there are many coves lined with stone throughout the hotel and their bottom is rocky. You can't go into the water without corals: there are a lot of hedgehogs. There is one cool bay with a depth of about 4-5 meters. It is fenced off from the open sea like a swimming pool. Sharks will not swim, and water is drawn directly from the sea into it. Everyone swims in this bay. We found 2 stingrays in it)) as for the fish..))) There are a lot of them here. And there are a lot of sea cucumbers on the bottom) I think that's what they are called) In general, put corals on your feet and go ahead. You have a good view underwater. There are a lot of crabs on the rocks of the coves laid out by the hotel. Yes, and also: electric cars and a blue bus run on the territory of the hotel)) if you do not want to walk, then you can get to your building or on it. All rooms have sea views - this is how the hotel is built. And the hills. I won't write down the minuses - we didn't notice them)) if only the airline... But this is a topic for another review.

The hotel is good. The rooms are very spacious and clean, and also have a terrace (large balcony). The cleaning is normal, although many reviews complain about it. Towels are changed every day. The beds are very comfortable. The air conditioner cools well, but it makes noise if at maximum (it didn't bother me). Drinking water in the room is constantly being added. There is a kettle, tea and instant coffee.
The hotel itself is located completely on the outskirts of Hurghada, just in the desert, so you can't go to the city or to the store. There are shops on site – the prices are appropriate.
The territory is really huge, so it's better to live in the rooms of those buildings that stand along the beach.
The hotel is not for the elderly (you need to walk a lot) and not for children (there is no children's animation and not quite a "children's" sea)). For me, both are only a plus.
The service is very unobtrusive and not exactly unfriendly, but, let's just say, quite indifferent. The architecture is beautiful. Very well maintained plants, lots of flowers.
The pools are VERY small for such a huge hotel (I did not understand the delights of the infinity pool, it is tiny). For me, there are no problems, I never swim in them anywhere, but for people who prefer pools to the sea, this is not an option. Near the pools, as well as in the pools, there is nowhere to fall.
In fact, there is no sea in this hotel, if we are talking about the sea-the sea. In fact, there are 3 lagoons (2 of them are artificial) and you can swim out of these artificial lagoons into the marina, but they are not allowed into the open sea – you can swim to the exit from the marina at most. I was more than happy with that. These lagoons have very warm water, from which you can generally not leave all day and are absolutely safe in the sense of sharks. There are a lot of fish there. It's kind of like saltwater pools. For people like me, who really loves the sea, but at the same time is very afraid of the depth – that's the thing. There is a small coral reef in the marina. It was quite enough for me. The entrance is anywhere only in the coral. For such a huge hotel, there is little room for swimming, it is good that most of those who come to it do not go to the sea. But, as I said, I really liked these lagoons precisely for their isolation from the open sea.
The food is of high quality, the choice is decent, there are no queues anywhere, even for something like that... You definitely won't stay hungry. Meat is cooked delicious, they don't know how to cook fish. Meat is chicken and beef. As "specialties" - mutton and duck (I saw both once and the other once) Seafood once had shrimp, which they spoiled. Surprisingly very tasty soups. Again, surprisingly delicious cheeses (both hard and cottage cheese, such as Philadelphia) and cold cuts. Pasta is well prepared and pizza is very tasty. Vegetables and fruits are standard. Compared to Egypt 10-15 years ago, food has become much more modest. There are a lot of dishes, most of them are cooked with high quality, but there are no frills. It's the same for breakfast all the days and by the end of the vacation you get tired of it. And the bias of the dishes is more towards what Arab tourists, who are the majority here, eat. A lot of baking (I haven't tried it), I tried dessert once – the ball is very tasty, a lot of bakery. Freshly squeezed juices are only vegetable and you can also ask for apples, or melons, and then only in one restaurant. In all others – packaged juice. I drank only wine from alcohol. You can drink, but it's just very simple and for any drink you need to walk a long distance along the beach (waiters work only at the natural lagoon, where most tourists are). 60-70% of the tourists are Egyptians. There are practically no Russians.
Neveland is not worth going there, amateur activity at the same time with a focus on Europe, although I thought it would be something national.

Nice hotel. We liked everything. The menu is varied, there are many different restaurants. I especially liked the restaurant of Marrakan cuisine. Overall a good hotel. The rooms are great, the food is good. It is better to take a family room with children. A beach with good access to the sea. The animation is so-so, the same thing. 2 heated swimming pools. There are no a la carte restaurants, at most you can go to Italian and Asian.

We had a vacation with my husband from May 27 to June 7, 2024.
I must say the hotel is decent and yes we would come back here.
We were placed in the sixth building. The room is large and clean. Large balcony with sea view. Towels were changed every day. The bed linen was changed every three days. Bathrobes are provided, slippers are not (maybe for a fee). There is a safe (free of charge). Instead of a closet, there is a whole dressing room (very convenient, everything is easily placed). The air conditioner was working properly.
Food: chicken, beef, fish - every day. Shrimp - there were 3 times in 10 days of rest. Squid more often, but not every day. Vegetables, greens every day. Very tasty desserts, pastries. The juice is freshly squeezed only in the morning (carrots, apples, peppers, herbs, cabbage, beets - the whole assortment of what juice can be made from). There were few fruits. What happened every day: bananas, grapefruits are bitter and sour; plums are sour; melons are juicy; apples are very tasty. Next, which was rare: tangerines were only on the first two days of our arrival, watermelon was given only three times in 10 days.
The beach is clean, there were enough sun beds for everyone. We were bitten by midges in the late afternoon (but not every day), we even had to leave the beach. The sea is clean, beautiful, there are a lot of fish, and what is very pleasing is that the bathing places are separated from the sea by a net and stones for safety purposes.
I can't say anything about animation because we weren't interested in it at all. I know that the guests were entertained both in the afternoon and in the evening.

Probably one of the best hotels in Hurghada, beautiful architecture in the form of a fortress on the seashore. There are enough pools, the coastline of 1.5 km will not be crowded. Была в отеле впервые. Покорил и восхитил масштаб. Огроменная и очень красивая территория. Все содержится в частоте и порядке. Ухоженные пляжи, аккуратные зоны для отдыха с лежаками. На пляже бары и фудкорты) Очень достойный номерной фонд. Персонал вежливый и ненавязчивый. Кухня без изысков, но разноообразная и качественно вкусная. При отеле есть маленький базарчик с сувенирной продукцией и аптекой. Из минусов. Платные услуги врача в отеле. По незнанию обратились к нему и это обошлось в немаленькие деньги. Помазать ногу йодом и приклеить пластырь обошлось в 150$. Прайс-лист перед процедурой не дает врач о цене не сообщает. Делает вид, что не понимает ни русский ни английский… Ну сами виноваты! Впредь умнее будем) Советую обратиться в аптеку (если что-то некритично) там и подскажут как лечиться и предложат лекарство. Общение бесплатное приятное)

The hotel is great. The cuisine is varied. There are also regular dishes (buffet) so are the dishes of the day - fish, meat, fruits. There is a PP table - it was just a surprise.
In addition to the main restaurant, there are three more with authentic dishes, but a limited menu. These are la'card restaurants that are fashionable to get to by appointment.
The sweet table will even move the Turkish cuisine - every day at least 5 different desserts are served.
There are different beaches - both fenced coves with platforms for acrobatic diving, and small coves in a coral reef. Everything is cozy, cleanliness and safety are monitored everywhere.
The territory itself is huge. 8 buildings with a very interesting location. For those who are too lazy to move around in the heat, there is a shuttle that will take you anywhere within the hotel.

Albatros Citadel Hotel Review
We rested from 17.10.2023 to 24.10.2023. The tour from Moscow cost 260,000 rubles for two people.
We arrived at 10 a.m. and at 11 we were already checked in, although check-in is at 14:00. This is a huge plus for them, I'll give them 5 points.
Let's start with the pros, as there will be many more of them here than the cons.
1. The territory of the hotel is incredibly beautiful and huge. For those who like to take pictures, there are 1,000,000 gorgeous locations here.
We got room 5125, and it is not very close to the reception, but this does not spoil the rest in any way. But the view from the window is just perfect, and the entrance to the sea is not far from the room.
Also, a bus runs through the hotel every 15 minutes, which will take you either to your room or to the restaurant /sea / reception.
2. Delicious food.
It was delicious for us at breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
There is always an opportunity to find something to your liking, as there are 3 free restaurants on site where you can eat. Everyone's assortment is slightly different.
They have the most delicious coffee in the Columbus Cafe. In other places, it's hardware, I don't really like it.
3. Staff
We were delighted with the staff at the restaurants and cafes. All the guys are very polite, nimble, smiling. They can come up and ask if they want to bring some drinks and if everything suits us. So far, this is the best staff of all the hotels I've been to.
4. Entering the sea and bays
It is precisely into the sea with sand that only one was found on the territory, and for people who do not really know how to swim, it is considered ideal.
There are two bays.
In the bay, which is near the stage, the approach is very convenient — the legs will be intact.
But the bay, which is near the Food court, did not really like the approach and stones: it is better to go in special shoes.
There are two large swimming pools on the territory.
Disadvantages:
1. The rooms do not correspond to the declared level of the hotel. Perhaps we got just such a room, and there are more beautiful ones in the hotel. But this does not spoil the vacation in any way, since the beauty of the territory makes up for everything.
2. Entertainment. The hotel is mostly very quiet, even the music is not always playing. There are various shows in the evening. We visited only one thing — we didn't like it at all. I only liked it when they sang live, because the singers had beautiful voices.
Fans of hanging out are clearly not here.

Отдыхали в отеле в июне этого года. Отель хороший, персонал приветливый, дружелюбный. Всегда старался помочь, если это было необходимо. Номера убирали чисто и своевременно, рестораны с большим разнообразием блюд на любой вкус, причём в разных частях отеля, т.е. не обязательно идти в главный корпус. Хороший, чистый пляж. Много лежаков и зонтов от солнца. Прекрасный вид из номера.
Большая и красивая территория всего отеля.
Из недостатков хочется отметить бар "Golden Booda", который почему-то находится внутри 4 корпуса. И когда в баре какая-нибудь вечеринка, а обычно она длится до 3-х часов ночи, то в номерах четвёртого корпуса прекрасно ночью слышна музыка, заснуть можно только с берушами, но даже так музыка будет слышна. Наш номер находился через несколько других номеров от этого бара и музыку было прекрасно слышно. Не представляю как спалось людям в номерах, которые находятся через стенку от этого бара. И пожалуй это единственный на наш взгляд минус данного отеля.

Атмосфера великолепная, весь персонал дружелюбный, еда вкусная, это был наш лучший отдых, летали вдвоём с мужем! Всё очень понравилось, особенно территория отеля, каждый день новые виды, на территории есть античный амфитеатр, качели, бассейны, пальмы, статуя Нептуна, очень красивые виды!!! Каждый день не могли нарадоваться 💯❤️. Спасибо большое всему персоналу и владельцу прекрасного отеля. Мы провели замечательную годовщину и отпуск, и нашли новых друзей, всем советую! А также нам весьма полюбившиеся морские обитатели, много рыб у живых кораллов, крабов и в небе летают альбатросы 😍❗

Отличный отель. Очень красивый. Хороший морской пляж, в заливе, огороженный. Классный вид с бассейна. Огромный номер, типа виллы, с огромной террасой. Еда очень разнообразная и вкусная, 2-3 вида мяса всегда. На территории 5 ресторанов.
Единственное, это отель для молодых. Если вас заселят в 7-й корпус, то пешком идти около 15 минут до основного здания. Конечно ходит автобус, но его надо ждать.

Отдыхали с мамой с 11.09 2023 по 20.09.2023 (Ездили по рекомендации друзей). Шикарный отель, европейская музыка (в основном кавер версии известных хитов), все номера с видом на море, мало детей, русских туристов где то 20%, арабы 30% и немцы, австрия, словакия, бельгия 50%. Вкусная еда, в отеле и на пляже чисто, уборка номеров отличная, полотенца, постельное белье в отличном состоянии. Много локаций для фото и где можно посидеть выпить вина, кофе. По вечерам нет дурацкой анимации, каждый вечер живая музыка, исполнители и представления меняются. Для себя я не нашла ни одного минуса, обязательно вернусь!

Шикарный отель. Территория тория красивая. Номера просторные, чистые, вид на море потрясающий. Убирают хорошо. Много ресторанов, выбор еды большой, вкусно. Из напитков - пить можно только мохито, остальное все местное отвратительное пойло. Вкусный кофе в лобби баре на 1 этаже. Детей мало, потому что нет горок - и это прекрасно. Тихо, спокойно, контингент отдыхающих приличный. Нет столпотворения, в ресторанах все спокойно. Кораллы и рыбки красивые в королевской лагуне. Анимация не очень интересная. Отель хорошо охраняется -на территории безопасно. Персонал вежливый и дружелюбный, улыбаются, хорошо говорят на русском. Отель очень понравился. Рекомендую однозначно, для спокойного романтичного отдыха - идеальный вариант.

Шикарный отель🏰...Эти мысли возникают, когда нога переступит порог этого отеля. Обалденный вид на море из лобби, шикарная набережная с причалом для яхт🌅🛥, множество баров и ресторанов. К сожалению, была в январе и насладиться всей прелесть отдыха в этом отеле и морем🌊 не смогла. Бассейнов много, был один тёплый, где можно комфортно было купаться. И, если бы не ветер, можно было бы и в море скупаться.
Номер дали в 6-м корпусе, что, довольно далеко от основного ресторана, но ездит трансфер по территории, да идти минут 7 всего лишь. Номер старенький, это чувствуется. Но, вид с балкона - это нечто. Вообще, Красное море завораживает... весь отель отделан кораллом, что и является фишкой отеля. Еда довольна разнообразная, готовят неплохо. В баре - хорошие напитки. Вкусное кофе, мороженое...вообщем, в принципе есть все для отдыха, чтобы ни в чем себе не отказывать. Отель ориентирован на гостей+16, маленьких детей вообще не было, но и тяжко там будет с детьми - ступеньки везде, обширная территория. Проблема большая есть с картами от номера, которые перестают работать, но поход на рецепшен её решает.
Хочется отметить Голден Будда! Ресторан платный, но он стоит этого! Очень интересная отделка ресторана, вкусненькие морепродукты, поэтому, если будет возможность- сходить стоит однозначно!
Конечно, за территорию отеля просто взять выйти и пойти - возможно, но там ничего нет, пустыня и идти пешком до ближайшей оживленной местности - идея очень неразумная. Но выходить с территории отеля особо не хочется, потому что есть все, что нужно. В магазинах при отеле есть сувенирная лавка, масла на розлив, купальные принадлежности и т.д.
Наверное, это один из немногих отелей, куда бы мне хотелось вернуться ещё раз! Отель очень необычный, запоминающийся! Стоит своих денег точно!

Отель оправдывает свои звезды. Большая ухоженная территория, огромный пляж, набережная. Хорошая еда, достаточно разнообразная, но не турецкий вариант 😉. Персонал вежливый, старается. Отель большой, но людей видно только в ресторане и вечером на шоу. 1 и 2 корпус, выходит на море и набережную - будет шумно. В 7-8 корпусе тихо. Номера, с большой террасой и видом на море. Обратите внимание: отель расположен террасами, поэтому много лестниц. Но, по территории ходит автобус, поэтому удобно. Однозначно, рекомендую.

Отель сказка, сервис на высшем уровне, максимально грамотно спланированный отель, очень вежливый персонал, практически все говорят по-русски. Сказочное море, рядом риф.
