The only place that worked yesterday. I think we called all the restaurants in Almaty, and only Noodles saved our New Year's dinner!) The interior is beautiful, the food is served very quickly, and there is a wide selection of dishes. I had a rib eye steak with demiglas sauce, a kisadilla with shrimp and salmon, and a pistachio roll. These dishes were great! Portions, as I like, are large) I was very satisfied and immediately felt a New Year's mood)

But! All the good impression is spoiled by the terrible service, at first glance a lot of staff who run back and forth, but there is no sense, the menu is brought only on request, no one came up to take the order until they themselves asked to take the order, empty dishes are removed again on request. The administrator is constantly in the hall, but why he is there is unclear, since he does not monitor the quality of service.

Before the hot one, it is generally unclear why 🙄🤦 then everyone else was brought food in turn and with large time gaps. It didn't work out to eat together, because the first orders had long since cooled down while the last ones were brought! Service 0, very strange behavior of the waiters who do not seem to know what to do, the table was booked in advance, but when other people came there, then until we asked the administrator, the table was not cleaned.
