I can't recommend this company! In January 2017, we used the services of UTEC. It was necessary to deliver a package (electronics, phones) of 15.5kg from China to Warsaw. The first thing is that the delivery time to the warehouse in Warsaw was 20 days, then UTEC refused to deal with customs clearance of the parcel (for which services it had already been paid in advance), offered to look for any other company, and that they would not do this. Further, due to the refusal to deal with customs, it was decided to transit this parcel to Kiev by the same UTEC (there were assurances that transit to Kiev would be blocked by the cost of their customs services in Warsaw, and confidently that everything was in order with the parcel). As a result, we have the following, upon arrival in Kiev of the parcel, the amount for transit between Poland and Ukraine was announced at another $ 250, with payment of this amount to a private bank card to an unknown private person, the invoice was not issued. And then, after paying for all their services, after a month and 5 days, we managed to receive this parcel. There should be an end here, but no. The package turned out to be stolen, two phones, a 4k camera and other small things were stolen from it. The weight of the parcel differed in all tracking of UTECa itself, on the way the parcel thinned by 1kg.(To which medejer replied that they do not weigh parcels with pharmacy precision, and this is all how it should be) In continuation of all this, a written complaint was drawn up (including all documents for the parcel, its contents, weight upon receipt of the parcel in China, etc.) on this theft and sent to UTEC (where it was accepted and confirmed that it was being dealt with). And after two and a half months from the date of the complaint, contacting the manager on my own, I receive a response: that they simply don't have an answer to my complaint, they can't answer it! With regard to the service in the branches in Warsaw and Kiev, there are not even words to describe how it all looks. Banal ignoring of calls, contacts by mail, the manager can not cope with the management of the client, there is no answer to the questions posed, evading answers, handing the phone to someone in the office, etc. This is the situation that we personally encountered using the services of this UTEC company. Be careful!!!
