Ужасно некомпетентные сотрудники , не решают вопросы , говорят одно, потом на следующий день просят придти и решить вопрос, а по итогу говорит не получается, Только потратила время и перехожу к другому оператору

Менеджер Виктория крайне некомпетентна, совершенно не разбирается в своих обязанностях, хамит и не умеет вести диалог. Больше приходить не хочется, максимально не советую. Займитесь обучением своих сотрудников!
