My aunt rented a room in this hotel, and you can't think of a better name like an apartment hotel, so there are apartments instead of rooms. My aunt had a nice large two-room apartment, in one room there was a double bed and a wardrobe, in the second there was a living room with a TV and 3 sofas, a table with chairs, also in the apartment there was a large bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet (toilet + sink) and a fairly large kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, washing machine. Employees come in periodically and clean up like in a hotel, in general, everything is tired, cockroaches have been seen in the kitchen (in general, this is the only fat minus, everything else is like a 3-4 star hotel). It is possible to live, spacious and has everything you need. There are about 5 apartments on the floor. It is located next to a construction site (frozen for November 2025), very close to the beach. I shot a video for my aunt, and cut up photos from it)

There is a beautiful beach nearby, free entrance for hotel guests. Quiet, calm, safe. Daily cleaning service. Friendly staff. Thanks to Noorul hoda, Ali Hassan Zakib and all the staff.

The proximity to the sea is 7 minutes slowly. The room is large, the air conditioner turned off immediately without it, and so the room is fine. The furniture is tired, and the room needs to be repaired.

Cockroaches.. noise, noise , dirt and dust ..this is not a whim, but a statement of fact.. (( the car is buzzing at 12 a.m. so it's not possible to fall asleep.. but if you are not picky, then for this money it is normal..the beach is nearby..shops and cafes are within walking distance... if you need luhari, then this is definitely not your choice)

1st coastline, its own beach,good cuisine, polite staff. A good family vacation with children. The state in which there is no alcohol, including the hotel, which improves the quality of rest and excludes drunken incidents. I recommend it to everyone. I have been vacationing in this hotel for more than 5 years.

The photo is beautiful, but in fact everything is old and dusty. There are bedbugs on the bed. The dishes are old and dirty. There is a construction site opposite the hotel. The road at the hotel is dirt. To the central embankment 30 minutes on foot on the ground, sometimes sidewalks, etc. I'm not a capricious tourist, but I was shocked!

The room itself is a good single apartment 60 meters square with two toilets and a separate kitchen. It's not very well managed, you can't interrogate anything, apartments for three, only two towels are left every cleaning. Literally everything needs to be asked separately and then reminded. At night, a car arrives and very loudly pumps out the sewer under the windows, a conversation with the supervisor was enough for 2 nights, then it started again.
