I really love the Diona chain of stores , but this particular point disappointed me greatly. Firstly, one of the sales girls allowed herself to hint that the customer "couldn't afford a pencil." How is this even possible? A consultant should not count other people's money — his task is to provide polite, pleasant and high-quality service, because his own income depends on it. Secondly, when I asked for a wet cloth to remove the swatch, they answered me in an incomprehensible tone that there were only dry ones. Although I could have safely suggested that there was micellar water and sponges behind the product shelf, and I could have wiped everything off. It is very unpleasant that such an attitude spoils the impression of your favorite store.
