Illiterates and boors. They don't know what a personal number in a passport or a document number is. They demanded a password from my ID card, otherwise they said they would not be able to make changes to the system. They wanted to transfer the numbers to A1, and A1 was refused three times, because it was incorrectly issued in MTS. I will never return to MTS again. For my own money, so that they would be rude to me.

We bought an elari children's watch with the ability to call for 280p, but at home, when connected, the watch does not see the Internet, neither via mobile nor via WiFi, they see the SIM card every other time, geolocation works with an error of plus minutes per kilometer. They were sent back to the service center, where an MTS employee said that this is a bad watch and it is better not to buy them, very relevant information after they have already been bought, and this watch is not cheap at all in its category, and why do you sell them if you know that the watch is of poor quality?! But the funny thing is that the service center said that everything is fine with the watch, take it and use it. How is that even possible?
