Overall, I liked the Armas Gul Beach hotel, so the review will be positive. It is located in the center of Kemer, within walking distance from the center, where there are many shops with clothes and souvenirs. We had a tour from the operator Fun Sun. The hotel is divided into two buildings, we lived in the Anex building, which is across the street, but within walking distance along the tunnel you could go to the main building, the restaurant and the sea. Hotel report with all the details: 1) mini fridge, with a bar (in the room, free of charge), bottles and glasses of water for free throughout the hotel in the refrigerators; 2) in the room there were two mugs, a table, a mirror, on the balcony = two chairs and a table; 3) 1 large towel, 2 small towels and 1 foot towel per guest; 4) there were disposable slippers; 5) the bathroom was small, the gel and shampoo were in small drawers, the soap was in dispensers - in the shower and near the sink; 6) Room cleaning was average; 7) there were night lights and sockets near the beds; 8) there was a hairdryer in the bathroom; 9) TV in the room with several Russian channels; 10) there was a closet with shelves and hangers; 11) there was a FREE safe in the closet; 12) any issue could be resolved at the reception, the staff spoke Russian calmly. There is everything you need, a good territory, two swimming pools, a third with a small water park- the children like it) A comfortable entrance to the sea, it's hard to judge if there are enough sun beds, since we were just closing - we left on November 1 with the hotel staff) So I can't fully appreciate the beach, maybe it's a little crowded during the season. We personally didn't have much animation - perhaps, again, at the end of the season, the animators were tired and wanted to go home as soon as possible. We had a good morning gym and then we played darts, that's all. To play volleyball, you had to ask for a ball and go looking for company yourself, although it was listed in the schedule as an animation event. Zumba is generally a laugh)) guys, 10 minutes of doing two hits and three swings is not a zumba, even there are a lot of ready-made complexes on the Internet, take them, learn them, or at least don't call it a zumba. The food is delicious, yes, not very diverse, but normal. There's almost no fruit, no omelette for breakfast, and it's a pain. And so - always fresh herbs, vegetables, meat, fish, cheeses, olives, pastries, in general, traditionally for a Turkish buffet. We had rooms in the building where the reception is, we liked everything, we asked for a view of the courtyard, not the road - and everything is fine, quiet, peaceful, except for the cheerful neighbors, but if you're lucky) You need to go to the main building either across the street or through an underpass, of course they try to sweep and wash, but he's still tired and very short, my two-meter-tall husband just couldn't straighten up there and walked across the street, then you know, it's a pleasure to walk bent over several times every day. In general, for its price, a normal budget hotel, of course, it's not a top five, do not expect a miracle, but in general, there is everything you need, the sea is beautiful, you will not stay hungry)) The weather was great, we swam every day.

We are currently vacationing at this hotel, October 2025. This is my first experience of beach Turkey, I've only been to Istanbul several times before, and I mostly choose Asia for my beach holidays. This year, I didn't want to think, they pointed a finger at the sky in favor of a short flight, the absence of jet lag. The hotel definitely does not pull 5 stars, if you are pampered by rixos and other cool networkers, you will be very "fu" here. The room stock is a bit tired, but the cleaning is very ok, the bed linen and towels are of normal quality. Yes, there is no territory as such, if you live in a beach building — you will immediately have access to the beach, a bar, snacks, ice cream. We live in a building across the street. The two parts of the hotel are connected by an underground passage. In the part that is closer to the mountains there are water slides and a small pool, in the evening I go there to sunbathe and watch the sun fall behind the mountains. The water in both pools is invigorating, but refreshing after the sun is acceptable. The food is OK, there is a variety, but we've already gotten used to it in two weeks, and in the evening we go to dinner somewhere in the center of Kemer. We only drink beer at the bar, the ice cream is delicious, in the snack bar you can eat a burger, French fries and cooked meat a couple of times in the pit. The beach line is narrow, but as I understand it, this is the case throughout Kemer. The sea is clean, they weren't interested in animation, but the animation guys are trying and constantly conducting games, dancing, and gymnastics. The hotel completely covered our expectations from the rest: the sea, the sun, the fresh air. Next time I'll take a more thoughtful approach to the choice, but now at least I understand what a vacation in Turkey is))

The hotel and the territory/beach are small and this is the only disadvantage of this hotel. The food is delicious and varied. There are a lot of desserts and fruits enough. We just arrived from this hotel. We had a rest from October 15th to October 24th. I'm taking the star off just for checking in. It was a very difficult flight, the flight was delayed for 7 hours! We were very tired, we wanted to check into the room faster and go to dinner. Our room was booked in anex, standard with a balcony, "high floor" (literal translation). Shortly They gave me the keys and went to look for a room. It turned out that they wanted to move us into houses near the pool, somewhere in the corner. I repeat, we were soooo tired and just wanted to eat something hot. I went back to the reception already on edge, they began to prove to me that this was the room that had been booked, etc. The $20 in the passport helped to rectify the situation a bit . They gave me the keys to another room. High floor with balcony)😁 That's it! But this balcony faced directly onto Ataturk Ave.!))) The audibility is amazing! Especially at night. Cars seem to pass right through the room! I thought we'd spend the night and go change again. But the next morning, my daughter and I decided that the noise from the road, as it turned out, did not bother us at all!) They stayed there until the end of their vacation. Everything else is great! Our room was cleaned daily, although money was not always left. Linen and towels are clean, they already creak! Shampoo, conditioner and body gel were all available. The passage through the tunnel to the sea and the restaurant was not annoying at all! I'll give you five for the food! Well, there were no squid and shrimps, the trouble is, of course, but you can survive!)) There was fish almost every day, different. Turkey, chicken, very tasty cooked. Both grilled and stewed. There are three types of potatoes, spaghetti, rice, etc. There are a lot of sweets, we haven't tried everything. Vegetables, herbs...There are few fruits, in my opinion. Plums and apples. There were grapes several times, large and very tasty. At the end of the vacation, tangerines appeared (however, the season!) Here in the reviews they wrote that the dishes were dirty. I've never met anyone like that. The fast food didn't come in. Only Gozlema liked the French fries. Alcohol is a river, quite good. The bartenders are all great! The beach is normal. The sun beds were always free. Alya Kart liked the restaurant. There was animation. Morning exercises, yoga, water aerobics... We went for a walk around Kemer in the evening, so I can't say anything about evening entertainment. The sea and the mountains are beyond praise! 🏝 Thank you Armas for a wonderful stay!

Excellent hotel in the price-quality category. The rooms are tired, but everything is in working order, cleaning every day, linen and towels are clean. I liked the food, meat and fish in sufficient quantity every day. The location is good, it takes 10-15 minutes to walk slowly to the tower. The beach strip is narrow, although we were in October and there was plenty of room for everyone, during the season I think we'll have to hunt for sun beds. The entrance is quite comfortable, small pebbles and even slippers were not needed. I recommend the hotel!

We stayed at this hotel at the end of October. We lived in the main building, there was daily cleaning and linen change. Wonderful territory, very close to the sea. There were enough sun beds for everyone. Free internet access throughout the hotel. We walked to Kemer for 15-20 minutes. Varied food (buffet), fruits, grapes and tangerines. I stayed at this lovely hotel at the end of September 2025. The beach is 50 meters from the hotel, small but spacious enough. The rooms were cleaned every day, and the food was varied. The hotel has a nice view of the mountains nearby, the atmosphere is very calm. There are stops near the hotel to the center of Kemer and Antalya, transport runs frequently. The hotel has two buildings — old and new, the old rooms are simpler and rather tired. Everything is fine in the other building. On the downside: the hotel has only one elevator for 5 floors and a very shabby gym. I didn't go to the local spa, the neighbors responded well. In general, this is not a top five, but a solid four and a relaxing holiday by the sea.

Rest for 10 days, starting October 14, 2025. Excellent food, excellent staff. Room cleaning every day. The choice of rooms should be approached thoughtfully and carefully. The building is on the first line - the windows on the right side rest against the wall of the neighboring hotel. On the left side, the rooms that are closer to the sea are above the toilets, with the appropriate smells, and the noise depends on the animation. The rooms near the road have the most beautiful views, but the noise and hum are from some kind of machinery. It is better to take rooms (in my opinion) on the second line, but not underground ones. While they were complaining at the reception, the craftsmen had already started to fix it. The reaction is instant. The pools are not heated. The situation with sun beds on the beach is the same as everywhere else. In the morning, people fly to the beach with swollen eyes to take a sunbed. There is not enough access to the hotel for strollers. It is possible without problems only through the dining room. When it's closed, you have to drag the stroller up the steps. The staff is 80 percent Russian-speaking. Nutrition is normal.

Due to the good reviews, the hotel has gained so many tourists that it is not able to provide them with good service. Do you want to have lunch or dinner? You will circle the dining room for a long time like "poor relatives" in search of an empty table and occupy the tables that are not cleaned. If you want to swim in the sea or pool, then get up at 7 a.m. and take sun beds. People are queuing for scrambled eggs for breakfast (!). By the way, why are olives for breakfast, but not for lunch? It's very simple, because very few people take them for breakfast. The meat menu is mostly chicken or fish. The fish is tasteless, either horse mackerel or mackerel. The beach is sandy and pebbly, the sea is muddy, apparently a lot of people are swimming. About the numbers. If you like to sleep in silence, choose distant buildings that are not on the first line. The first building by the sea is very noisy due to the constant operation of the cooling (or other, I don't know) equipment. In general, I do not recommend this hotel, although last year we visited Armas in Manavgat, there were even more people there, but the service was at a high level, but it took a long time to get from the airport, so we chose a hotel of this chain in Kemer.

The hotel is beautifully located relative to the sea. The first is the first line. There are a lot of places where you can sit during the day in a swimsuit and beach clothes with a cup of coffee. For $10, we were given a room with a view of the sea and mountains... and a landfill behind a fence… Delicious coffee. Nice staff. That's where the advantages ended. The hotel is located at the entrance to Kemer, about 2 km from the center. The so-called main restaurant has dirty tables, not enough appliances, and not enough tables for everyone. The food is monotonous and not very tasty. The fruits were apples, plums, grapes in the evenings and tangerines were laid out a couple of times. Chicken and fish every day. Rarely a heart, a turkey. There was no beef at all. There were no dried fruits. And the rest of the food is very sad. Uncleaned tables are a separate assessment, the most negative. You can't just do that. I had to clean up other people's dirty dishes on neighboring tables with dirty dishes, wipe the table with my napkins to sit down and eat, and also look for appliances somewhere ..., to see all this dirt around me ... it cannot be described. My assessment of the hotel, based on the totality of impressions, is "3". That's a stretch. You can't be so disrespectful to guests who have come to relax and are forced to experience this feeling of disgust every time they visit a restaurant (rather a canteen), which is at least three times a day. It should be noted that the staff is working, there are just very few of them - waiters, cleaners, etc. The room was poorly cleaned, there was a change of linen, but sometimes they forgot to put the whole set of towels. I suspect that there just aren't enough of them. The worst hotel and vacation in the history of my travels. I have so many negative emotions about the filth in the dining room and room cleaning that it's not that easy to convey it in words. I couldn't wait to be at home clean and have a delicious meal.…

The sea is good, clean, the approach is quite smooth. The rooms have everything you need, pretty clean. Cons: 98 percent of tourists are Russian, hence there are many disadvantages. They take sun beds on the beach from 7 a.m., it's very difficult to find a place if you come at 10 o'clock, and by the pool too. The pool is small. The food is like in a canteen in Russia (boiled rice, pasta, mashed potatoes, buckwheat, there is practically no choice of meat, a couple of types of cheese, sometimes there are no elementary cucumbers and tomatoes), people carry food with plates. If you arrive at the beginning of lunch, there will be terrible queues. If after an hour and a half, you risk being hungry. There wasn't enough room for everyone, the staff couldn't handle it, and sometimes we had to wait for clean plates or appliances. Women in the restaurant in pareos, half-naked, wherever they were before, this was not allowed. In the bar every day you hear the phrase that's over (whiskey, rum, etc., even Pepsi used to happen). The animation is designed for drunks, and there are three songs and a dance for children.

The hotel is about 3.8 out of 5. We were from September 14th to 22nd. The weather was around 30-34 degrees. Among the advantages: a well-groomed beach, good access to the sea, there is a green area with citrus fruits, delicious ice cream and snacks, cocktails, there is a volleyball court, 2 km to the center along a cozy embankment. There are a lot of seals walking around the territory, often begging in the canteen. On the downside: the food is not delicious (we got on rotten salads, watermelons and desserts, only 1-2 dishes can be hot, everything else is cold), there was practically no animation, room cleaning is a separate nightmare. The room was standard, but it was super small, shampoos and the like were not replenished even when tips were left for cleaning. The sun beds were occupied at 5 a.m., so if you come to the beach at 9 a.m., you'll be lucky to find something free. There are 3 dogs walking around the territory, and if you are traveling with a pet, you should know that they attack animals. After 8:30, there is almost no food left for dinner, you will eat what is left. Overall impression: a hotel with a large territory, a clean beach with 5 stars, although it does not justify them at all with a pack of disadvantages. We're not coming here anymore.

The reception is located in the second half of the hotel across the street from the main part of the hotel, where the main restaurant, main building, and beach are located. I had to go through an underground passage, even two. The first impression of them was quite gloomy and depressing, definitely not 5*. Breakfast was in full swing. We walked through the hall in the introductory plan. There were fried and boiled eggs, pancakes, and two types of porridge called rice with milk or oatmeal with milk. Then, a couple of hours later, they came to the reception and asked about the possibility of checking in, I really wanted to stretch my legs after a night flight in the cramped seats of a charter plane. They offered a room in the annex building until the next day, so as not to wait until 2 p.m. We agreed. We bought a room in the main building of the beach room. In general, the place turned out to be quite good, the room is on the ground floor with access to a small garden and a neighboring hotel. But the annex buildings have almost the 0th floor. These are Promo category numbers. People were shocked when they checked into these rooms, but the hotel was completely full and there was no way to change the category even for an extra charge. Many did not even know which rooms they had bought and how they generally differ from each other, because they did not pay attention to the purchase of the tour themselves, and the travel agents did not focus on it, but it was cheaper. The next day, there were those who were taken to nearby hotels for the night. Walking along the passage is the main activity for those who live in the annex building. You can also cross the road, the traffic is not very active, it turns out faster, then we moved more often that way. After moving to the main building, there were practically no visitors to the second part of the hotel. (only if it was necessary to get to the reception, but this is rare). The rooms, restaurant, and spa are located in the same building. The territory of the hotel is quite small. This means a free part of the space where you can go for a walk, children can play. There is a Playground on the free territory and a volleyball court, a stage with a place for spectators. That's about it. The rest is bars and the beach, the pool. I have never swum in the bassin (for the first time in all my trips to Turkish hotels, we also swam exclusively all the time in the sea). The beach is not very big, and the sun beds are very, very close to each other. There is practically no space between the rows. At best, one person can leak, and then not everywhere. Despite the wild density on the sun beds, some of our compatriots managed to smoke without getting up from the sunbed, even when they were with their children (regardless of others). It was annoying, I had to just leave myself. Mostly people went to smoke in the direction where it was provided for. There are no paths laid between the rows of sun beds, there is sand. If your feet are wet, they are always in the sand. The crowding on the beach was most stressful at this hotel. We went to take a place on the beach in the morning at about 8 o'clock. at this time, you can still find a place under the tenders. It's impossible to find an empty seat after 8 a.m. Then we went to breakfast and then to the sea. The buoys are very close to the shore. There has also never been a restriction so close before. We're at the sea, it's so huge, and the people are right close to each other. Walking along the shore in both directions, there were no more hotels with such a density of sun beds on the beach. If you go to the right of the sea, there are first-line hotels, if to the left, there were beaches of second-line hotels or hotels located in another part of Kemer, and then campsites and a deserted part (maybe a public beach). In principle, we liked the variety of lunches and dinners. We always found something different to eat than yesterday. There was always either watermelon, melon, grapes, but always the same kind, prunes, then apples. Due to the abundance of a variety of food and sweets, there was little left for fruit and strength. There were quite a lot of sweets, but my weakness is baklava. She was always plentiful and delicious. There was coffee in the coffee machines, tea. All of these were in one place, but it would have been better if they had been placed in different parts of the hall. If he chose a place at a table at the other end of the room, he had to walk with a mug across the room. The mugs and glasses are quite small, so everyone poured themselves two at a time. If you have not arrived at the beginning of the meal, then you should not go earlier than 40 minutes from the beginning, so as not to stand in search of a place. Then people start leaving and finding a place won't be a problem anymore. The beach is small for such a hotel, there was not enough space for everyone, the seats were occupied from 6-7 in the morning. You can't take up the hours before 4 p.m. unless you can lie somewhere in the sun.. The sea is clean and warm, the approach is not very comfortable because of the pebbles, preferably slippers for swimming. There are various water activities nearby, we took advantage of parasailing, it was exciting to fly with a parachute. The territory of the hotel is quite small, there is not much to walk around, but we compensated for this with daily walks in the evening to the center and a little shopping in local shops. Almost everyone knows Russian, they are very hospitable and sociable. We can bargain. It is good to buy local sweets, T-shirts, shoes, etc. You can also try to buy something from outerwear, the choice is very wide, the prices are most likely overpriced. In general, I recommend staying at this hotel and in Kemer in general. Good attitude to the guests, tea is served everywhere and it's just nice to chat with the locals.

On the beach, too, you don't have to worry about your belongings - no one touches them, which is very relaxing. The staff is very friendly, many speak Russian, which makes communication much easier. Most of the tourists are Russians, but there are also Europeans, the atmosphere is calm and relaxed. Separately, I would like to note the lack of intrusive service - this is a big plus. The only thing that is actively offered is hookah and water activities on the beach, but this does not interfere with relaxation. One of the disadvantages is that the beach at the hotel is pebbly, and at this time of year the sea is still quite cold, about 22 degrees Celsius, so it may seem cool for swimming. There are supermarkets within walking distance where you can buy goods that have been sanctioned in Russia, and twice a week there is a bazaar with local products and souvenirs in the city - it is very interesting and inexpensive. It was my first trip abroad and my first vacation experience of this format. The impressions were great, and I will be happy to come here again.

The rooms are quite compact, and there are even fewer rooms in the beach building (at least with us). The renovation is the same everywhere (during our vacation we lived in both parts of the hotel).
