The attitude of the staff towards customers is disgusting. Three cashiers, chatting pleasantly with each other, were asked to buy a metal floor hanger. Unwilling to be distracted from the conversation, they looked at the database and replied that the product was in a single copy and was assembled in the sales area, and continued their communication. When we asked what we should do in this situation, they replied that if we wanted, we could disassemble it ourselves, since they had no one to do it and they didn't have the tools either, or we could pick it up assembled. They did not provide any other solutions to the problem (to see when it is expected to arrive, availability in other stores, etc.). This is not the first time we have encountered a similar situation in this particular store. It seems that the customers here are just preventing employees from quietly sitting out their working hours.

Terrible store! At first I didn't say anything when I bought a table and a sofa! I just bought a mattress and a sofa cushion, I paid for everything right away, they didn't give me a receipt! I ordered the delivery of a mattress - they said wait! It's been 4 days now - the dispatcher hasn't called! I'm calling the store to clarify when to expect delivery of the paid purchase that is in stock! The store is resetting the number! I've dialed 6 times, and the beeps are reset. You can't wait for a consultant at the time of purchase! I went looking for someone to make a purchase! There were VERY FEW buyers in the room at that moment, and I did not see any sales consultants who were busy with work. The question is, what are the employees so busy with?

Hello, I bought a bed on 03/26/2025 at this store. Polite staff, a consultant guy helped in choosing a mattress. Almost the entire range of the store is presented in the store itself, which is very convenient, you can touch everything in person. I liked the service. Everything was delivered a day later.
