I ordered the delivery of a mattress - they said wait! It's been 4 days now - the dispatcher hasn't called! I'm calling the store to clarify when to expect delivery of the paid purchase that is in stock! The store is resetting the number! I've dialed 6 times, and the beeps are reset. You can't wait for a consultant at the time of purchase! I went looking for someone to make a purchase! There were VERY FEW buyers in the room at that moment, and I did not see any sales consultants who were busy with work. The question is, what are the employees so busy with?

The furniture at 104 Dzerzhinsky Ave. is a quiet horror. I came to choose a bed for myself. The hall is large, but the wind is blowing there - not a single sales consultant. I had to go to the checkout and stand in line to get a book of offers on the third attempt. That was the end of my attempt to buy a bed. I do not recommend furniture, disgusting attitude towards the buyer
