We stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel from February 13th to 21st. Upon arrival at Dubai Airport, we were met by a transfer from the hotel. Everything was organized quickly: we were put in a car and driven to the hotel in about 1 hour and 20 minutes without traffic jams. We arrived at the hotel around 11:00, checked out, received bracelets, but check-in was only at 14:00. Initially, we were placed in the wrong room that was booked, but they promised to move us the next day. That's what happened — they moved us without any problems, moved our suitcases, and brought dessert as an apology. The first room was on the fifth floor with a sea view — very beautiful. But we still chose a room on the ground floor with a view of the garden, as it was a bit bigger. We liked both options. The food at the hotel is excellent. The main course changed every day: fish, meat, chicken, crabs, sushi. Everything was delicious, varied, and there was always enough food. We had an all-inclusive system: drinks were included, including bottled beer, cola, sprite, and water. We could have paid extra to "ultra all inclusive" — it included drinks like Corona, Carlsberg and food delivery from 00:00 to 06:00, but we didn't need it. The room was cleaned daily, towels were changed every day. They even called our room several times and asked if everything was okay. There are 4-5 heated pools on site for both children and adults. There is a small water park, as well as water activities when entering the sea. The sea (bay) is excellent — warm, clean, and beautifully colored. The sand is snow-white and does not heat up. The territory is well maintained and clean. The staff is very friendly, everyone is smiling, no one hints at tips — unlike in some other countries, this was not the case here. There is animation, a children's room where children are engaged, aquagrim, paint, sculpt. Everything is well organized. On the day of departure, we checked in at 12:00, and the transfer was at 16:00. We left our suitcases in the luggage room and continued to relax. We went to Dubai one day, so we had one lunch left unused. The hotel has a rule: either you use lunch on the day of arrival or on the day of departure. If you plan to be absent, you need to be notified in advance — then you will receive a voucher and you will be able to use this lunch later. It was the only moment that seemed a little unclear at first, but in the end everything turned out well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is great, the sea is beautiful, the sand is perfect, the staff is wonderful. Everything is great, we strongly recommend it.

Excellent accommodation (bay club room Sea view), daily cleaning and towel change. The sea is gorgeous, it's hot at the end of September, there are no waves (for me this is a minus). The white-and-yellow sand does not burn your feet. I'm not fussy about food, but it was difficult for me to find something for myself in this hotel with food for a couple of days. I liked the dates, very tasty hard cheeses and mineral water in a green glass bottle) There is very little animation - a couple of hours before lunch by the pool. You can play volleyball and soccer on the sand. There is a children's room and a children's water park. We had a rest together, it was fun!!! but there is no desire to return to this particular hotel anymore.

The room has a panoramic window and a balcony with views of the Persian Gulf on both sides. Entertainment options include several swimming pools, tennis courts, a mini-amusement park for children (by the way, there is a light holiday with children here), a sports field with projectiles, and volleyball courts. In addition, there is a sports complex in the building itself on the 9th floor, where you can safely work out on simulators.

Excellent hotel on the first line, operates on an all-inclusive and ultra all-inclusive system. Beautiful territory, lots of pools, large and clean beach, good restaurants, delicious food and excellent service. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have everything you need. There is a kids' club, a water park, and a playground for children. There are various activities for children and adults throughout the day. Pleasant music is always playing, and there is a bar on the beach. There is a lot of space, the sea is clean and there are many water activities. The territory is well maintained, lots of greenery. We just returned from this hotel. The tour was All inclusive. The hotel and the territory: the territory is decent, there is a place to walk. Private beach with white sand, plenty of greenery, plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. We had no problems with sun beds, we could always find a free one both in the sun and in the shade. Note: Lifeguards work from 09:00, so if you arrive at the beach earlier and enter the water, the guards will ask you to leave. The water ebbs / flows with large fluctuations, so if you go to the sea early, you will need to walk to the water and the bottom will not be the cleanest. Towels start to be given out early (I don't know exactly the time, but they were taken at 7 a.m.) and you can also hand them in before 19. During the day, towels are changed to dry/clean ones without any problems. The territory of the hotel is well maintained. Across the street from the hotel there is a beautiful modern promenade along which you can stroll in the evening. I really liked that the hotel has a swimming pool and a room in the 16+ restaurant. For families with children, there are two halls in the restaurant and two swimming pools. The pool has large "cushions" on which you can swim. We arrived in the morning and were immediately checked in without any expectations (I note here that not everyone was so lucky). Wi-fi is available everywhere in the hotel, and it's very good, but it depends on the number of people in the hotel. No one speaks much Russian at the reception, but the staff actively uses an interpreter to create a comfortable environment for guests. Room: nice room, large bathroom, pleasant interior, TV, balcony, air conditioning works very well. Cleaning was regular, water was replenished, towels were changed. The room has shampoo, body lotion, conditioner and shower gel. They forgot to put toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc. on arrival. They were issued only upon request. What I especially want to mention is a powerful hair dryer that simply plugs into an outlet (not built into the bathroom, as is most often the case, and you do not need to pinch and hold the button on it). Food: everything is fresh, but the dishes, plus or minus, are repeated every breakfast/lunch/dinner. We saw crabs the first night, but there were none more. The fruits were pineapple, watermelon, bananas and melon. They even made poached eggs for breakfast. A lot of fresh vegetables and herbs is a separate love. The desserts are mediocre, for which the hotel thanks a lot) Alcohol is very good. The UAE is not Turkey, and after you are evicted at 12:00, you will no longer be allowed to have lunch. In general, we are very happy with the rest, and the hotel too, I would like to return to it.

We are staying at this hotel for the second time, I really like spending my holidays with children here! Lots of pools, a water park, the first line with white sand like in the Maldives. The rooms are clean and spacious, there is a sauna and Jacuzzi for adults, a children's area for children, where children are very well watched and have something to entertain. The food suited us, there is something to eat, ice cream is offered for lunch and dinner. The children played soccer and volleyball in the sand, and there is a special place for this. I really liked the hotel! The food is top-notch without Arabic seasonings! From Peking duck to rolls, pizza is like in Italy, which is cooked in an oven by the fire. The territory is large, there is a place to walk, as well as a beautiful embankment at the exit from the hotel. If you do not take a view of the beach, then you will have a view of the water from the embankment. The rooms were very ordinary and well cleaned. There were bathrobes, shower gels, shampoo, conditioner, body cream, everything in large containers, if something ran out, they came and poured a new remedy. Who cares about perfumes - all with the scent of men's perfume. The food is not varied and spicy. We spent the whole vacation on rice, and in the end we didn't know what to take or what to eat. Also, one of the disadvantages is the lack of Euro sockets by the bed (it is not convenient to charge phones). I advise you to go up to the 9th floor in the main building - there is a beautiful view. We were very satisfied: the room is spacious, stylish, beautiful, the renovation is fresh, the balcony is gorgeous. They cleaned our building specifically very well, the guys were diligent and there was an instant response to any request. Territory. I really liked the area: it is atypically green for the UAE, there is a lot of entertainment for children, there is a pool for adults only, the pool at the Bay Club buildings is open until 22.00 (it's just great). There is a place to walk both in the hotel and outside the hotel there is a gentrified walking area with fountains and lights. The beach and the sea. We were also 100% satisfied here. The sea is beautiful, the sand is snow-white and very soft. There is a trampoline, an inflatable slide, a bungee jump, a diving tower, and three water slides on the sea. The beach is long, the sun beds are at a decent distance from each other. The only drawback is that it is not clear why not every "group" of sun beds has an umbrella on the beach. The coffee is simply amazing in all the bars of the hotel. For the quality of the grain, a solid 5. The range of all inclusive bars is quite decent: they took water, juices, alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, coffee and hot chocolate. I liked everything. Lunches and dinners at the main restaurant are a complete failure. On different days, our lunch and dinner scores fluctuated between three and one. This is very weak for a 5* hotel! Only the pizza was really consistently delicious. As my son said, "I only liked pizza and cucumbers." Sweets are variations of the same type on the theme of the Fairy Tale cake. Even what is signed "Cheesecake" is actually a "Fairy Tale" cake. The child was not eager for cakes, where is it seen? I didn't understand the concept of salads at all: a salad of noodles and beans, seriously? Forget about seafood. For hot dishes: not only are there only a couple of them, but the quality is very mediocre. The meat is often stringy, and the sauces are not tasty. There were a lot of guests at the hotel in October. And if it wasn't felt on the premises, then the main restaurant was always fully loaded for lunch and dinner. It didn't add comfort. Al inclusive includes one a la carte restaurant, Brasserie. He partially brightened up the nutritional situation for us. For lunch there was a barbecue buffet, a decent Greek salad. And it was more pleasant to be there than in the main restaurant. For the defenders and fans of the hotel, I'll say right away: I'm looking through the reviews with photos of crabs and other goodies on the plates and I understand that the food was in economy mode during our check-in. There was none of this! Conclusion. Despite the failure with the food in the main restaurant, we liked the hotel. The cool, well-thought-out territory, the beach, the sea, the staff, the "children's concept" - it's all at an excellent level. If the food is improved, we are ready to return here. So, after we were given bracelets, room keys and towel cards, the girl at the reception asked where our green baggage card was. The girl called a male employee, and we went with him to look for our suitcases in the luggage storage room, but our suitcases were not there. It consists of the main building (9 floors), located in the center of the territory, on the left hand of the Bay Club Villa, on the right hand of the Deluxe Villas. Construction is underway on the neighboring territory of the Deluxe Villas, so I chose a room in the main building, which I did not regret. Standard room with sea view. The number is quite normal for the standard, I have no comments on the number. Except for the size of the bathroom: it is large, about 2/3 of the size of the living space. Well, it's somehow not quite logically arranged: there's transparent glass in the shower, and the area with the toilet and bidet is not fenced off. As a result, only one person can use the bathroom at a time, but it's really possible to arrange a disco there. In my opinion, it would be better to redistribute the area from the bathroom to the living space. But it's true, my quibbles, in general the room is great, there is a spacious balcony with a table and armchairs, we dried our clothes on them. TV, air conditioning, kettle with tea set, which was replenished daily. But there is no mini bar, i.e. there is a refrigerator, but it only contains what you put yourself. However, beer is bottled in bars, so there are no problems with replenishing the mini-bar. The main restaurant Al Marjan and its outdoor part are located in the main building, the entrance to the Bay Club Restaurant is located on the side of the Bay Club villas, but in fact it is the same very large restaurant, just different halls. At the entrance to the restaurant, the hostess always asks for the room number. When the restaurant starts to fill up, the hostess at the entrance begins to regulate the flow, passes the incoming guests to another hostess, who already escorts them to an empty table. And this, in my opinion, is an excellent organization of the process: firstly, no one with filled plates is loitering in search of an empty table, and secondly, optimal table occupancy is achieved. After all, often one person can occupy a table designed for four, and a couple can occupy a table for six, etc. Hostesses arrange each company at a table of the appropriate capacity, which increases the capacity of the restaurant. The hostesses also follow the Dress Code, nothing supernatural, no evening dresses for dinner is necessary. The main rule is not to come in wet clothes. But some bad people still manage to walk in wet swimsuits, and then after them you get a surprise in the form of a wet chair. We always came to the main restaurant Al Marjan, but often we were seated in the Bay Club Restaurant, I have already said that these are just different halls connected to each other. There are a lot more families with children in the Bay Club Restaurant (maybe they do this on purpose, I do not know), and I have a vague feeling that the choice of dishes in the main hall is still a little better, at least ice cream and popcorn are only available in the main hall. There is a small 16+ room between the main hall and the Bay Club hall, and there is one on the street. The Vespa Italian / Brasserie French Restaurant building is located next to the main building. You can have breakfast and lunch there, and they work like an a la carte for dinner. In general, I have no complaints about nutrition, the variety may not be like in the Turkish five, but it is very worthy for the Emirates (this is the third time in the Emirates). The only thing is, the gym is strictly 16+, in my opinion it's a bit too much - my son is 13, and he loves to work out. The hotel has a very large beach, about half a kilometer long. The sand is snow-white, but very fine, so the water is cloudy. In Sharjah, we had a natural beach (here is an artificial island), the sand was coarse, and the water was absolutely clear. But still, the beach here is gorgeous, the beach on Palm Jumeirah in Dubai cannot be compared with it. The beach pleases not only with its width, but also with its length in the sea - it is very far from the buoys. The tides here are quite significant, from the bottom to the top point the water runs along the beach for probably 15-20 meters. But even at the peak of low tide, there are no problems entering the sea: no algae, mud, mud, etc. The only thing is, the beach is made in the form of a lagoon, and there are no waves here. Not at all. Only if the jet ski passes. There is an inflatable slide and a trampoline in the sea. There are two children's water slides on the pier, from which you fly directly into the sea, there is also a bungee jump and a diving board. There is also a saltwater pool on the pier, well, like a pool - a hole is made in the pier about 10 by 20 meters, into which a net is lowered. That is, you swim in the sea, but also in the pool :) There are a lot of sun beds, we always found a free one. Of course, a lot of sun beds are occupied with towels from morning to evening. A poster on the beach says that if no one comes for two hours, employees have the right to remove towels. But I haven't seen anything like that. I saw in the reviews they wrote about cats and impudent birds, it's all true. If you leave food freely available, the birds will certainly take it away. It's amazing that it's amazing for someone. Cats are also present insofar as they are fed by vacationers. And once I saw a cat doing its business in the sand on the beach. But I did bury it! And what do you want them to go into the tray? There's even a rhyme like this: "it's good to be a cat, it's good to be a dog, wherever I want ... wherever I want ..." The sand on the beach is leveled by a tractor every day, the garbage is well cleaned, you come in the morning and the eye is happy. The only disadvantage is that the toilets are located far from the beach, near the pools. There was another case that I want to tell you about. The main building is 9 storeys high, there are three elevators, but there are no stairs. That is, there is a staircase, but it is a fire escape, facing directly onto the street. And it turns out that even people living on the lower floors still have to take the elevator. And then one day two of the three elevators broke down. It was breakfast time in the morning, and there was a pretty big queue in front of the elevators. One of the employees went around apologizing for the inconvenience, asking and writing down who lives in which room.
