In principle, my husband and I could fit on the same bed, but when we wanted to fall apart, someone found themselves at the junction. At check-in on 17.11. room 1633 was cleaned well, some towels were missing, but we didn't care. There is a problem with the current cleaning (the child slept in the room from about 13 to 16, the rest of the time we were at the sea or in a restaurant, but we cleaned 2 or 3 times, and once the child described the bed, we went to the reception, asked to be cleaned, did not ask for an additional payment, but when we arrived, it wasn't cleaned, in the end we already found a man who cleaned our place, I took a clean sheet and towels, and agreed that he would change the blanket in the evening. They threw the garbage into his cart several times. He came only once when we were in the room and we refused to clean ourselves. Maybe they don't keep up with the heavy workload, we're not scandalous, but sometimes it bothered us. Yes, we didn't keep track of the child and she wrote on the bed, but we asked and said that we would be back to sleep by 13 o'clock, and we were ready to pay if necessary, although 5 * provides a daily change of linen. An important caveat is that there are standard sockets for the UAE in the room, there are no USB sockets, we had an adapter, we always take it just in case for 10 years, we rarely needed it in recent years, there are already USB connectors everywhere, it's not critical for us, but it may be relevant for someone. Yes, upon arrival, the bracelets were given immediately, but we did not have lunch at the restaurant, so on the day of departure we were given a voucher for lunch, it was very convenient that they picked us up at 13, and at lunch at 12:30 we managed to go to the sea in the morning and have a quick lunch. In general, there are more pros than cons in Ras al Khaimah for the 3rd time, I can recommend this hotel for calm, adequate people, and for those who are waiting for a super luxury vacation, you need to choose a different price order and a different location. I do not know where the 5-point rating came from, it just misleads people. when I chose this hotel, I looked at the reviews on tripadvisor, I also came across different ones, mostly frankly bad ones. I don't know why I turned a blind eye to this, probably because the price was reasonable + there were rooms on the ground floor with access to the beach - it was important for me and the children) but these are the only advantages of the hotel. The bad reviews are real. the food was simply terrifying, the children could not be fed (there is practically no children's table, everything is salty, peppery, the choice is terrible), and the adults ate simply out of desperation. we went to the grocery store nearby in the evenings, bought snacks and even fruits, which were minimal in the hotel)) the territory is tiny, there is no infrastructure, the so-called "sea" is a small puddle in a backwater, also blocked in the middle with buoys for water sports. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone
