There is a kids' club, but we didn't really like it, there is a pool with balloons, coloring books, bizboards, a large construction kit, BUT there is a huge TV in the middle and children's clips/ videos with dancing for children are constantly playing in the children's room, and quite loudly, perhaps we are just too young, but for us it was a minus the main game that is played is running around the chairs, but maybe that's just how we got there, we went in to play a little after dinner +/- at the same time. We were already very tired by the time we checked in, so we agreed to just move the beds and put a crib for the baby. In principle, my husband and I could fit on the same bed, but when we wanted to fall apart, someone found themselves at the junction. At check-in on 17.11. room 1633 was cleaned well, some towels were missing, but we didn't care. There is a problem with the current cleaning (the child slept in the room from about 13 to 16, the rest of the time we were at the sea or in a restaurant, but we cleaned 2 or 3 times, and once the child described the bed, we went to the reception, asked to be cleaned, did not ask for an additional payment, but when we arrived, it wasn't cleaned, in the end we already found a man who cleaned our place, I took a clean sheet and towels, and agreed that he would change the blanket in the evening. They threw the garbage into his cart several times. He came only once when we were in the room and we refused to clean ourselves. Maybe they don't keep up with the heavy workload, we're not scandalous, but sometimes it bothered us. Yes, we didn't keep track of the child and she wrote on the bed, but we asked and said that we would be back to sleep by 13 o'clock, and we were ready to pay if necessary, although 5 * provides a daily change of linen. An important caveat is that there are standard sockets for the UAE in the room, there are no USB sockets, we had an adapter, we always take it just in case for 10 years, we rarely needed it in recent years, there are already USB connectors everywhere, it's not critical for us, but it may be relevant for someone. Yes, upon arrival, the bracelets were given immediately, but we did not have lunch at the restaurant, so on the day of departure we were given a voucher for lunch, it was very convenient that they picked us up at 13, and at lunch at 12:30 we managed to go to the sea in the morning and have a quick lunch. In general, there are more pros than cons in Ras al Khaimah for the 3rd time, I can recommend this hotel for calm, adequate people, and for those who are waiting for a super luxury vacation, you need to choose a different price order and a different location. There is no doctor or first-aid kit in the hotel, although the hotel is a family-run one. The room was paid for 7 days, but we left a day earlier due to departure, the tourist tax at the hotel was charged for 7, they refused to return it for one day. They did not provide a pre-paid transfer on the way back to the airport.

There are a lot of sun beds on the beach, but there are not enough umbrellas, so if early in the morning, at 7 o'clock, the sunbed under the umbrella is not occupied, you can walk for a long time and then look for a place in the shade. After lunch, of course, there is more choice, the tourists are those who go by numbers with children. On the children's table in the restaurant, cutlets fried until black. Monotonous confectionery, the same thing every day. I was also surprised that there were no apples on the fruit table. Not edible, unripe melons, pineapple and red orange are eaten. Sick workers strained to prepare omelets and ingredients for them. The girl sneezed over the pan and continued cooking, wiping the snot from her nose with her sleeve. Very nice hotel, the alcohol is great. There were no questions about food either. The animation team is great. But the reception team just can't solve anything. My things were left in the room, and for three days I went and asked for a knock on the door. We have been to many high-level hotels. But more was expected from Hilton... especially in the UAE. It's not that I won't recommend it, it's just that you don't need to place high hopes on the best service. And then everything will be OK!
