Good afternoon, everyone! We arrived with my husband in Almaty for 1 day to submit documents to the Embassy of the Russian Federation, we urgently needed a transfer, we were very limited in time.. We contacted this company by phone.. We needed a translation of the passport stamp from Arabic into Russian..The director couldn't figure out exactly what needed to be done on the phone for a long time.. they told us to send the passport photo to the post office, but there was very little time, so we went there. There were two female employees on site, both were talking on the phone and even after the conversation ended, they did not pay attention to us. They looked displeased and did not even greet each other in return. As a result, we were told that the Arabic language is very difficult and that the translation will be ready in at least a day.. At the same time, they were very harsh in conversation, showed complete lack of professionalism, as they were nervous and could not give a normal explanation.. I needed to translate the stamp and attach it to the general notarized translation of the passport. They said that no one does that! In fact, this is a normal practice, they just don't know anything! . As a result, we did not receive any transfer! Wasted 2 hours!!! The conclusion is that the agency is disgusting, the advertising does not correspond to reality. The attitude towards customers is not caring! Half an hour later, we found another agency where everything was done very quickly and efficiently.
