Ali, thanks again. You are the best! I recommend this hotel for a holiday in Istanbul. Super host Ali, always helps, always tells you where to go, where and how to relax, constantly asks if everything is okay, it's not cold, cleaning, etc. All the main attractions are within a 10-minute walk from the hotel, in the evening you can walk the other way to the embankment. Good transport interchange, you can get anywhere! I always choose this hotel upon arrival in Istanbul, from year to year. I recently returned from the best city for me personally! It is located in a very historical center. You can find it, but it's better to use the map for the first time during the day. Ali's host is very responsible and friendly. You will feel protected. The house is historic, the staircase is spiral, there is no elevator. Rooms with beautiful beds, no smells and not cramped. The refrigerator is silent, the air conditioner is good. The plumbing is working properly. I had a rest at the end of February, it's good that I chose this hotel. Transport accessibility is good (10 minutes to the tram, T1, which will take you everywhere.

On the plus side, he is a good kind host and always helped. The room had Wi-Fi, a fridge, a kettle and a hairdryer. The hotel is located in a quiet location, there were no cars under the windows. Among the disadvantages: the towel was washed and stained, the TV was not working, the room was a little patchy, there were not even masking nets on the windows. The hotel was located in such a place that we had to climb a steep hill every day to reach the square, where the sights are and where the transport leaves from. But since we walked every day until the evening, it was okay for us to just sleep at the hotel. Moreover, the cost is not high, but there is no breakfast in the hotel.

There are many inexpensive shops and cafes around, where excellent food is served. The hotel is clean, the rooms are not smoky. Everything you need is there - air conditioning, refrigerator, electric kettle, hair dryer, TV with Russian channels. The bathroom is in perfect condition, toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel are always in sufficient quantity. The cleaning of the room with a change of linen was in a day! Special respect to the owner of the hotel Ali! Man is a holiday! Always in a great mood, ready to help in solving any issue - 100%! In general, if you want not to overpay for housing and stay with pleasant impressions - you are here! And, by the way, Ali's transfer is cheaper by 10 euros than any company!

We had a vacation in Istanbul in June, checked into this hotel for 10 days. Ali's host is the best, he helped me very well on all issues. The main thing for us was a soft bed, wi-fi, air conditioning and a shower. The location of the hotel is in the quietest, most convenient location. All the main attractions are within walking distance. There are many shops and cafes around.

We lived with my wife in this hotel on July 15-16 this year. The owner Ali is decent, sociable. He provided a comfortable car for our arrival at the hotel from Instambul airport at 2 a.m. The hotel is located within walking distance of most of the attractions.
