I'll start with the good location of the hotel. It is surrounded by many attractions, and the waterfront is just around the corner. There are many inexpensive shops and cafes around, where excellent food is served.
The hotel is clean, the rooms are not smoky. Everything you need is there - air conditioning, refrigerator, electric kettle, hair dryer, TV with Russian channels. The bathroom is in perfect condition, toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel are always in sufficient quantity. The cleaning of the room with a change of linen was in a day!
Special respect to the owner of the hotel Ali! Man is a holiday! Always in a great mood, ready to help in solving any issue - 100%! In general, if you want not to overpay for housing and stay with pleasant impressions - you are here!
And, by the way, Ali's transfer is cheaper by 10 euros than any company!

We lived with my wife in this hotel on July 15-16 this year. The owner Ali is decent, sociable. He provided a comfortable car for our arrival at the hotel from Instambul airport at 2 a.m. The hotel is located within walking distance of most of the attractions. The accommodation conditions correspond to the room fee.When there are no big flaws, small ones are visible, but we did not pay attention to them. I recommend it to everyone

We had a vacation in Istanbul in June, checked into this hotel for 10 days. Ali's host is the best, he helped me very well on all issues. The main thing for us was a soft bed, wi-fi, air conditioning and a shower. The location of the hotel is in the quietest, most convenient location. All the main attractions are within walking distance. There are many shops and cafes around.

We settled in literally for 6 days. We lived on the top floor. And this saved us from dampness and various insects. Because there are rooms that are located minus the first floor. We were in April. Of the declared TV, it did not work. The owner told us how the interior is and if we want, they will connect us for money. The hair dryer is just tin. The hotel is excellent, everything is clean, there is always hot water, warm, cozy, the owner is a wonderful person.Cleaning and linen change was in a day, although we asked not to change the linen, because it was clean-but the "charter" of the goodies-everything changes to clean!I recommend this hotel at affordable prices.There are many cafes nearby with low prices and delicious (they fed the child for 8 years-everything is wonderful).Well, one more of the main things is that all the main attractions are very close-we walked everywhere only on foot.I advise you, you will be satisfied.
