A building with potential, but not with permanence This building is located in a good location — there are many residential buildings nearby, especially high-rise buildings, so the flow of people here is stable, especially in the evenings when locals go out for a walk. It would seem to be a great point for business, but unfortunately, many tenants do not stay long. Clothing stores, pizzerias, cafes, and alcohol shops have opened here at various times, but names and signage often change. You just have time to get used to it, and it's already a new place. It feels like the premises are being sampled, but they don't stay for long — perhaps it's a matter of rental policy or layout. Of all the tenants, only the “Basket” is really stable and stable - they really go there regularly, and so far this is the only place that has been holding out for a long time and successfully. In general, the building is visible, there is passability, but there is instability and a lack of “anchor” tenants who would create traffic and atmosphere. It would be great if something permanent and necessary for the residents settled here.
