It's a very comfortable building and the location is gorgeous. I've been in many houses, but this one is perfect in every way. If you choose a downtown, then take only this building.

Great location. There is a grocery store within walking distance, with a good assortment. Dubai Mall is nearby. Burj Khalifa. A walking area with restaurants. I recommend it to everyone!!!

Many apartments in these buildings had a view of the fountains in the opposite direction . The repair is average, there are a lot of joints, but I think they will be finished
