Fantastic location and quality of the building.Near the Dubai Opera, fountains, lots of restaurants.
A quiet private courtyard with a green area, comfortable benches, trees, birdsong and this is in the heart of Dubai

Great location. There is a grocery store within walking distance, with a good assortment. Dubai Mall is nearby. Burj Khalifa. A walking area with restaurants. I recommend it to everyone!!!

Many apartments in these buildings had a view of the fountains in the opposite direction . The repair is average, there are a lot of joints, but I think they will be finished
