I came to the store on Kamennaya Gorka (18.01), the staff was friendly, they helped me choose my pajamas - thank you for that. But unfortunately, the lace on the shorts tore on the first wear. I expected better quality for 109.99. It's a pity - I hope for an improvement in quality, but most likely I won't come back.

I bought a bra knowing what size I needed and what size I needed. If anything, I was ready to contact a consultant, but I said right from the doorstep that I didn't need any help. And what's the result? There's an overly obsessive female consultant working in the store who ignored my words. Then she offered to take an additional 2 things for the promotion, I didn't mind, but at first I couldn't find anything, I went to the cashier and she said: "Well, take at least a laundry bag, it's almost free anyway" with a very unpleasant intonation. I decided to choose 2 panties and when I asked for help (in vain), she offered me a size L, although I clearly know that I have XL. And when I asked for my size, she POINTEDLY ROLLED her EYES and left.… we somehow bought the right bra in this store (well, honestly, I love them from HM), but we left with an unpleasant aftertaste. We will not go to the point on Greencity anymore, tactless and disrespectful employees work there.
