Although it is located far from Dvizhukha, there is something to do thanks to the shopping center and the embankment, but after 2-3 days I wanted more movement and festivities. A great hotel, for some reason it doesn't apply in Russia, the food is excellent, the location is top five, its promenade is very good, the view from the window is great (but you need the room to face the bay and be higher), a laser show every day+ fountain show, with fiery accompaniment. The entrance to the mall, which, in terms of prices and the number of visitors, surpasses the Dubai Mall in my opinion, is directly from the hotel, through the passage. I didn't find any disadvantages, the only one who doesn't speak English at all will be a little uncomfortable, because there are simply no Russian-speaking people.

(Let me explain - they came up three times and asked where the restaurant was, pointed there, and came out from behind the counter, showed me the direction, escorted me, but they're above it , especially since we Russians can lick the Europeans) Food in restaurants: there is little, very little for breakfast, food for a child under 3 years old needs to be searched :)) and apart from an omelet and a piece of cheese you will not find. We went to two different restaurants for lunch, according to a special menu - but much better and tastier than breakfast :))), for dinner again, as well as a buffet breakfast - but better, chicken and fish are already appearing! Otherwise, the rooms are nice and clean - they do the cleaning well. The pool is nice , all heated 🤘🦾

I liked the hotel. We took a tour from 01.06 to 07.06.2024, breakfast and dinner. Breakfast until 11, dinner from 12.00 to 23.00. + the modern hotel is located in the new Festival City district in the same complex with the Intercontinental Hotel and the Festival City Mall shopping center (very large!); + when choosing the Crown Plaza hotel, you can use almost the entire infrastructure of the Intercontinental hotel (swimming pool, gym, spa, restaurants), but the rooms are about 40-50% cheaper; + a combined complex of cool pools of two hotels with an outdoor recreation area, a main breakfast restaurant, a gym, saunas, a children's room are on the 5th level; + you can go to the neighboring Intercontinental and to the Mall along the corridor at the GF level without going outside, from here you can also go to the promenade by escalator; + for a change, you can go to 2 gyms (although I liked Crown Plaza even more); + the breakfasts are delicious, varied; we tried the lunches several times at the Anise restaurant in the Intercontinental - we also liked everything (they gave a 30% discount for one child over 12 years old, up to 12 years old for free); - the hotel does not know and has not heard about the IHG program "Children eat for free", information about which is indicated on the IHG website when booking - very strange👎

We stayed at this hotel for almost a week and never regretted it. There were not very many people in the hotel, it was comfortable to be in it. To begin with, I lowered the rating due to the hotel's far location from the center, from the metro. That is, in order to get somewhere, you either need to walk in the heat, or take a taxi, which is not cheap. I will immediately make a reservation that there is a transfer to the beach, which takes you away in the morning and brings you back in the evening. It's convenient. If you want to take the subway, then it is 20-30 minutes on foot. There is another hotel within walking distance, which also has a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, gym, which can be used. Nearby there is a huge shopping center Festival City, which has everything you can imagine. The pool is clean, lifeguards are working everywhere, this is a huge plus for families with children, for example. They keep an eye on the order all the time in the heat, sometimes 5-6 people at the same time from different angles, they are always ready to help. Water and towels are provided free of charge. The food for breakfast is simply gorgeous, you will not leave there hungry. There is no jostling, no shouting, everything is civilized. Very considerate service. It is convenient that you are greeted at the entrance, escorted to your table, at which no one will sit down. Here they make scrambled eggs, omelets, and all variations of eggs from under a knife. They can cook falafel. I really liked the rice with vegetables and meat. The hotel is clean and fresh. The room came across with a view of the Burj Khalifa. A separate plus for the hotel is that they do not rip off the deposit upon check-in. We were also checked in 5 hours earlier than the scheduled check-in time, entered the position that we had not slept for a day and were off the road. The territory of the hotel is clean, there is even a concierge, a doorman at the entrance who can help with a taxi, boarding a transfer, with personal belongings and luggage. There are three elevators that always arrived quickly. The rooms were cleaned regularly and efficiently. They asked to bring a lemon to the room, they were ready to pay. But we were told it's free for you. It's a small thing, but it's nice. In general, if you are thinking of going or not, you must go! This is a great hotel!
