Здание требует ремонта и снаружи и внутри. Скоро 40 лет, как здесь размещаются геологи. Сейчас только территориальных представительств федеральных органов власти и учреждений 5 шт, но бОльшую часть занимают структуры АО "Росгеология", которое и владеет строением. Севзапнедра занимает только один этаж.
