I am extremely disappointed with the work of the Kazunion tour operator. The tour was purchased in advance, but a week before departure, the company unilaterally canceled the trip, citing the cancellation of a charter flight from Astana. At the same time, no full—fledged alternative was offered - only a refund or the choice of a new tour at current prices, which have increased significantly during this time. In fact, the client found himself in a situation where, due to the actions of the tour operator, he was forced to either cancel the trip or overpay. I consider this approach to be extremely unprofessional and not customer-oriented. The Company is not responsible for its obligations and does not offer adequate solutions in such situations. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with the service. I do not recommend this tour operator for consideration.

I booked a tour for 4 people, for 336 thousand , after 9 days the tour dropped in price to 250 thousand , 15 days before departure , I was not offered anything ! Other than canceling my tour with a fine , this is such a tour operator, not extending my tour for a day , not upgrading my room , not adding business to the flight, just an absolutely cynical attitude, I called both Kazakhstan and Moscow , wrote to them in telegrams, 1000 $ is simply unthinkable , the difference is huge . I am waiting for feedback, my review will be deleted if I go to a meeting.
