As far as I know, this violation can be considered as a deception of buyers, since the price on the price tag is a "public offer": the store, as it were, offers to buy goods for the price on the price tag and was obliged to sell the goods at this price, which did not happen. The administrator or just an employee said that "the price is in the system" and they can't sell me at the specified price. This cannot be done, I believe that this violation shows the "level of the store" and the attitude towards customers. I left a complaint, it was read, but there was no response and no apology either.
