Stayed here for a week in December. Great place, attentive staff, excellent restaurant options. A 5-minute walk from the beach. Close enough to the main airport. There’s an indoor play area for kids and several outdoor swimming pools. Towels and sunbeds are provided free of charge. Housekeeping was timely and impeccable.

To be honest it is 3 star apartments. It is quite old and used. There is nothing good in it. The only one things which bring us to the apartments is Hilton diamond status which allow lounge access, room upgrade and complimentary breakfasts.thats it

If you decide to relax and can't decide, feel free to choose a Hilton hotel. You will be greeted as the most welcome guest at the entrance. There is a Russian-speaking receptionist at the reception, they are processed very quickly. A reminder about the restaurant and other establishments in 3 languages (Arabic, English and Russian). There is a clean, well-maintained beach with clean sand next to the hotel. The water is clean, transparent and surprisingly free of jellyfish and other wildlife. The entire bottom is sandy, without corals, so you won't need slippers for this beach. There is a buffet for breakfast and dinner in the restaurant, lunch must be ordered. Cuisines change every day at lunch, for example, European today, Mexican tomorrow, etc. The entire hotel staff is very polite and always ready to help. The rooms are cozy and clean. There are walking areas near the hotel (a 20-minute walk to the famous Ferris wheel), as well as a lot of cafes and shops. The breakfasts may be of the same type, but there are enough of everything: eggs in different variations - from boiled to omelets with different fillings, cheeses, yoghurts, cereal with milk, porridge, pastries, with different sauces, the children constantly took nutella. The dinners are also good, there is always something grilled, something in sauce, salads, and for dinner there is a variety of desserts, very tasty. In general, we were not hungry, we had enough of everything. The location itself is excellent, the beach is nearby, the walking area is nearby, the Dubai Marina with yachts is nearby, and the Ferris wheel is a 20-30 minute walk away.

We were there from December 6 to December 13. Anex organized everything perfectly. We were met, as such there is no entrance to the hotel (they can lead through the parking lot), but this does not interfere in any way. The G-Floor reception is small, but the staff is all top notch, smiling, helpful, asking how you are, if you like everything. We got to Bethelhem (Bethy), special thanks for everything, she made our vacation just for all 5 points! After learning that it was our wedding anniversary, they congratulated us, brought a compliment from the hotel to the room (a cake in the photo), very nice, then the day after the spouse's anniversary, they also congratulated us at breakfast and decorated the room. We stayed at the Hilton in January 2026 and it was our best vacation in Dubai. We booked an apartment of 140 square meters; they have 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with everything you need, a washing room, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet. The room is clean, the furniture is clean, the toilet and bathroom are clean, the towels are soft and white, the bed linen is clean. We took breakfasts and dinners. Dinner can be changed to lunch, while you can use the five restaurant and have a buffet lunch there. The beach and the territory of the five are also accessible to the guests of the four - it is very convenient. There are sun beds right next to each other on the beach, but it's understandable- people come from two hotels (4 and 5), there is 1 pool at 4 and 2 pools at 5 (one 16+). The food is great! The staff is attentive, the waiters in the restaurant are from Malaysia, everyone is trying to please, very attentive. The elevators were a bit stressful.🧐Waiting for the elevator is just some kind of luck. Well, the settlement spoiled the mood a little. We arrived at the hotel at 12, they said they would check in at 3 p.m. no earlier, well, OK, we were given cards for towels, changed our clothes and went to the beach. We returned at 3 p.m., they said that the room was not ready and we had to wait another 20 minutes, well... OK.. we sit tired (a day on the road) after 20 minutes they tell us that the room is still not there, wait another 10 minutes, we wait with a creak... and the room is not ready again... then I literally freaked out, said that check-in is at 15 o'clock, we are tired, with the children, we want to take a shower and relax... and I found a room here. They extended our stay to 14 hours for free for waiting, and thanks for that. When the $400 deposit was being processed, we said that the tour operator, at our request, asked the hotel if it was possible to cancel the deposit (by the way, we did not have a mini-bar in the room) and said yes, it was possible. But the girl at the reception insisted, but we also insisted that we did not want to give back the deposit (there is a place to spend $ 400) She said it's okay not to pay this time. We paid only 150 dirhams of the tour tax - 30 dirhams per night (the tour operator was talking about 15 dirhams per night / well, they didn't argue anymore). By the way, when we checked out, there was a very nice Russian-speaking girl at the reception, and she told the people who checked in that you didn't have to pay the deposit - it wasn't a problem... so a lot depends on who's checking in. Overall, the hotel and the rest were great! We will return to the Hilton with pleasure more than once.

Firstly, the location is convenient, it's relatively not far to go to shopping malls and outlets, since we are with children, and entertainment is also not so far away. Since taxis in the Emirates are not cheap, location is important for us. The location is also very convenient near Dubai Marina, you can walk in the evening, everything is within walking distance, and if you are accommodated on the side of Dubai Marina, you can watch all the beauties of this place from the window. Secondly, we have a large family of 5 people and the apartment rooms suit us best. It's the biggest room I've ever seen. There are three toilets, a bathtub and a shower, which saves a lot of time in the morning when everyone needs to wash up and after the sea. The children have a separate bedroom with excellent beds and, what is also very important for me, with perfect mattresses and 2 pillows for each. All the windows in the room have very thick blackout curtains, everything for your perfect sleep! The room has a kitchen, dishes, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher and a washing machine. It's very convenient that you don't have to take a lot of things for children and wash things if they get dirty. A pack of powder is provided by the hotel. Tea, coffee and drinking water are renewed every day. Cleaning and changing of towels is also every day. This hotel has its own beach with sun beds and beach towels, outsiders are not allowed on the beach, they strictly monitor this. I have some comments about the beach, I would like a more thorough cleaning of the sand, from cigarette butts and other things, but this is more like a wish. There is a beautiful view of the Ferris wheel on the beach, many people stop to take beautiful photos. The pool area and sun beds above the coastline are currently being reconstructed, or rather, everything that was in 2023 has been removed and a second new pool and a zone with sun beds on the grass and cafes are being built. Of course, everyone has a different concept of taste, but even my children, who are not very big fans of sweets, took desserts every evening. For dinner, only water is served from drinks, the rest of the items are for an additional fee. There is a small disadvantage for me, these are elevators, they are very slow and sometimes you wait a very long time, but this is not critical. Again, each review should be considered from the side of how much you paid for this hotel, the value for money. When you pay 400 thousand and expect quality like in luxury hotels, it's stupid.
