I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding the recent rejection of my student visa application for the French language program at Lyon Catholic University. I took great care to ensure that all my documents were in perfect order, and they were double-checked for accuracy. The rejection came as a complete surprise, as I believed my application was strong and well-prepared. This experience has been very disheartening, especially as I was genuinely enthusiastic about the opportunity to study at your esteemed university and immerse myself in French language and culture. I am now reconsidering my plans to pursue my education in France. You guys only allow people who destroying your country 😍 democracy 😍 I would appreciate any further clarification on the specific reasons for the rejection, as it would help me understand where the application fell short despite my best efforts. Абсолютно бесполезное учреждение, чем они там занимаются, непонятно... Отношение к посетителям отвратительное. Телефон не берут, на почту не отвечают. Просто платим, ждём отказ и прощайте. Не обращайтесь, если вам жалко времени, денег и нервов. Через них вы визу всё равно не получите и не дождётесь. Просто потрачено...

Everything is as the commentators wrote below: phone calls are not answered, mail is not answered, the current status of the appeal is not noted anywhere (although it should be noted in TLScontact, but there is always one status "Appointment to the consulate confirmed" at all stages of consideration). And as the person wrote earlier: they will gladly take your money and refuse to issue it. And they will not just refuse, but will drag out the time until the last, until you yourself are exhausted and go to demand at least some kind of answer.

Очень вежливый персонал. Внимание! Стоит приезжать заранее на собственном авто, т к в округе есть сложности с парковочными местами.
