IMPOLITE FEMALE MANAGER We were visiting this place on November 17. The food was delicious BUT the hostess (or manager, I don't have an idea what her position was) was very impolite. She didn't even say "hello" or "welcome"... and her face was always negative. When we finished the meal I wanted to take a photo inside, she was watching me intently as if I was trying to steal something even though I had just taken a photo of the interior... Not a good staff...

This is in their Teryan St Branch- My friend’s wine got some insect dived inside her glass and we told it to the waitress of course we know it’s not the restaurant’s fault but just telling her as for sure they could expect that since they are serving outside surrounded with trees and naturally evening flies can be everywhere but then she aren’t apologetic at all at least her reaction gave it away and instead she told it to her colleague and both of them just laughed at it that’s beyond rude! What a customer service they’ve got there! Totally disappointing and horrible experience!

Cool, refreshing beer (I took the classics, dark and wheat is not filtered), left whistling. The ribs also went into action, no less tasty, but for one, taking into account the vegetables on the plate, as for me, it turned out to be too much / a good solid portion - but I couldn't eat everything myself, and I watched the same ones. Everything is delicious (food and drinks), the staff is polite, cheerful, unobtrusive, the place is cozy, there are water dispersion sprayers/refresher, I definitely recommend it. There is also a place for smokers, and, which is not common everywhere in Yerevan, there is a restroom!) Cascade is welcome - in general, to cultivate and drink. Prices may seem biting to some, but everyone has their own understanding of this. But I definitely recommend it.

This place has become our favorite in Yerevan. Beer in this case does not need to be represented, it is fine. A nice interior, wonderful, sociable and cheerful waiters, a magnificent view and very tasty cuisine are the perfect combination for an evening. The service is top—notch, each dish is a real work of art, plus it's huge portions. And what's more wonderful, all the photos in the menu correspond to reality! We are thrilled! Thanks guys!

Pleasant place, creative interior and design. Excellent location right at the foot of the Cascade Complex of Yerevan. We didn't have time to evaluate the kitchen, but we liked the atmosphere. There is a TV with a football broadcast, several halls and a summer terrace. The meeting and service are attentive. Excellent selection of drinks, service included. An original bathroom idea for a photo.

Completely ignored by the waiters!! We called them, we couldn't get through, and some of them, seeing that we were calling (I waved my hand and called with my voice), just walked by, looking back. It's a great place. We went in after the cascade, we thought it was just a pub, it turned out to be a restaurant. The staff is very polite and friendly. Meals are served quickly. The menu is like a volume of short stories, until you get tired of reading it. A choice for all tastes. There is a bathtub with pillows in the women's bathroom, probably so that you can lie down and relax)))). I recommend everyone to visit. The receipt includes the amount of 10% for the service.

Awful. The coffee is boiling, everything is burned. To the question "Why is coffee so hot that it is impossible to drink?", the answer was "We need to have this, we should have this kind of coffee." I work in the coffee business myself, and I know that coffee shouldn't be this hot. For sure, the boiling water is at least 90 degrees. Waiting for 3 drinks for 15 minutes was clearly not worth it. The dessert with ice cream arrived much earlier than the coffee, so while they were waiting for the coffee, it melted, but that's not the worst thing about this place. There were no apologies for the mixed-up drink, but only a dispute, they say, "Raf comes with vanilla syrup," although the request "NO need to add vanilla" was clearly voiced in two languages Until complaints were voiced with a request to change the drink, the waiter stood his ground that the coffee should be like that.
