working with Victoria Kilinkarova was very comfortable, she was always available, everything was handled efficiently and without delays. she supported us from the very beginning all the way through the deal. we chose a fully finished apartment to avoid dealing with renovations later, but through Neginski you can also find contractors if needed, they help with that too. the only small delay was waiting for the developer's approval, but Victoria kept everything under control. in the end, everything went smoothly, thank you

in dubai real estate there is its own specificity so it is better to work with professionals preferably proven ones friends recommended neginski to us they also bought apartments through them and were satisfied we were looking for an apartment in the dubai hills area with a size from 60 sq m within 400 thousand we considered location floor and view tried to take everything into account as much as possible they showed several options we decided quite quickly the only downside on the first day the manager did not respond immediately had to remind them but then everything went smoothly

it turns out it is possible to find suitable options even with a limited budget i was considering property with installment plans and the agency explained all conditions what schemes exist what to watch out for and hidden pitfalls the process took a bit long because i hesitated but the agency side was clear and calm thanks for the patience now i understand i had no reason to doubt
