Honestly, I just filled out the form to see what’s out there - and boom, realized I had zero idea how real estate even works 😂 Thought it was all impossible with these wild interest rates, but they showed me programs I didn’t even know existed. Even those installment plans I used to roll my eyes at? Actually kinda smart. We didn’t end up finding a place that gives keys soon enough in my budget (ugh), but still - the agency is solid.
