We visited this restaurant based on recommendations from TikTokers, and we're so glad we did. From the moment we entered, we were captivated by the charming interior and cozy atmosphere. The staff spoke excellent English, and an English menu was available. The restaurant offers a diverse selection of food and drinks. We look forward to returning in the future to try more dishes. I visited this restaurant not so long ago, a beautiful cozy place, I liked the interior. The desserts looked aesthetically pleasing and tasted delicious. He was served by a young man named Nurbol, who was gentle and polite. I didn't like the fact that there was a fly flying in the restaurant, right over my food. I consider the presence of insects unacceptable in public catering. It was also hard to relax because of the feeling that I was being watched and waited for while I ate in order to pick up the dirty dishes and replace them with another dish. I don't like such close attention and excessive politeness, it causes tension.

A very strange interpretation of the popular Georgian salad with walnuts, chkmeruli (guys, where are the garlic, herbs?) - a complete failure, chashushuli and lyulya are more or less, I liked khachapuri in Adjarian and Khinkali, but these dishes are generally difficult to spoil. Darejani is an institution of Georgian cuisine, where delicious khachapuri, wine and everything else (I tried a lot of things there). A pleasant atmosphere with small tables, where a kind of intimate atmosphere is created. Clean and beautiful interior and traditional Georgian music in the background. Hello everyone! This restaurant used to be one of our favorites, we invited all our friends and guests from other countries here to Darejani . But now we'll never go! The beer was served warm in bottles !!! This is a nightmare! We refused , but it was included in the bill . That's okay! When the khachapuri arrived , the waiter simply put it on the table and did not offer to stir and cut it , i.e. put it on everyone 's plates . We asked her ourselves. By that time, it had cooled down and almost the filling stood up like a stake . In short, the service has become very low . The waiter is like a robot , you don 't even want to eat there after such an attitude . Each national cuisine has its own dish, if the cook tries and cooks, then everything can be spoiled by his inept service and serving by the waiter. We will definitely never come to this place again .

We had a bad taste: breakfast was not impressive at all: one dish and a small piece of candy (supposedly a compliment); breakfast was allowed to choose the type of egg preparation according to the menu with a creak (initially they said that only glaze was included); any coffee to choose from was only 3 positions and latte was allegedly absent (obviously, with cappuccino it's unlikely); there's a shell in the omelet. VAT is added separately (as a result, the cost of the set is 12% higher), no one warns about this, and the manager was also unable to resolve the issue. Definitely not recommended: very weak set and execution, misleading about the price.

Undoubtedly, this added authenticity and allowed you to see the cooking process, but because of this, the heat was constantly coming. It seems to me that placing the kitchen in a different location or installing a ventilation system could solve this problem. However, despite this slight inconvenience, the service in the restaurant has always been excellent. The staff was attentive and friendly, always ready to help with the selection of dishes and recommend something new. They were attentive to detail and provided us with a pleasant visiting experience. Now about the most important thing - food. Khinkali, khachapuri, salads are the best dishes in the restaurant. Khinkali was juicy and full of flavor, with a delicate dough and fragrant filling. Khachapuri was just amazing - perfectly baked dough with cheese that melted in your mouth. The salads were fresh and refreshing, the perfect complement to the main courses. Georgian wines should also be noted. The restaurant offers an excellent selection of Georgian wines, which are perfectly combined with the dishes. I really enjoyed enjoying the rich taste and aroma of these wines. Overall, despite some shortcomings, I was very pleased with my visit to this Georgian restaurant
