The place needs renovation. Cleaning was poor, there were spiderwebs every corner of the cottage. They were lacking in beach beds. 5 out of 10 beach beds were broken. The quality and the value were inconsistent.

We were at the water park and on the beach. Of course, there are a lot of people in the season. There are not enough sun beds. Some of the broken ones. The queue for drinks. Going down the slides into the pool where there are just a lot of people swimming. It's generally clean, but you can feel the congestion in terms of the number of people.

Arsnakar is located in Sevan, a very nice and clean place. The staff is good, you can buy beer or cold juice, coffee from the bar. Much cheaper than in Yerevan. It is very strong, it is not necessary to spend a lot of time in the sun without glasses and headgear.

My family and I visited here. From + location and that's it! And now for more details. I'll start with the room, there are no basic tea bags, coffee and sugar, they said it's not allowed! There is no water, simple drinking water, 0.5 liters in volume. Until they asked, there were no towels, bathrobes, tin in the room, right? The beach and pool are so-so, it will do. And also, a sauna for a fee!!! It's just stupid to pay 55,000 drams for a room without anything. Guys, get down to earth!!! We have not experienced anything like this in the service for this amount!!! I won't set foot there anymore, and I don't recommend it to anyone!!! A sump in everything!!!

It's a good place! The water in the pool is a little cold and for some reason the sauna is paid inside the hotel, although we paid for the accommodation and were told that the sauna and gym are free, but the young man asked for money for the sauna. Otherwise, everything is fine.

It's a terrible place. The breakfast food is all old. A dried spider was found in the bed, the linen was stained. We gave money for a specific number of people, in fact there were fewer beds, they took out some sun beds and told us to make the bed ourselves. There's someone else's hair in the bathroom. The door handle remained in his hands. It is not possible to order food in the room. At these prices, the service is terrible.

We arrived on Friday afternoon, we were given a house opposite the construction site (although there were many other available options, we were practically alone), the floor and surfaces in the house were all covered in construction dust, in the morning here is such a picture, dust, noise. We ordered a sauna, there are three chairs in the locker room, there are no hooks either in the bathhouse or in the houses. We wanted to stay for two days initially, but on the first day we decided that we were leaving.
