Very nice hotel with great food and service. Amazing view on Dubai from across the Dubai Creek. Gym and other facilities available. May be a bit pricey :)

General information: I recommend a very good hotel. I liked everything. I will definitely come again!

+ small hotel
+ excellent cleaning (thanks to Ram Krishana, everything was perfectly cleaned 533 rooms, asks and comes to clean on time, there was no need to look, he found me himself, a very nice young man. The cleaning of the 504 rooms was also excellent 🫶🏻👍🏻)
+ a quiet new area, you can't hear the planes
+ excellent breakfasts
+ comfortable beds
+ friendly staff
+ excellent pool and pool service
+ we were given a room with a balcony, although we booked cheaper without it. Pleasantly

Excellent hotel, good service, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are very clean, there are a lot of towels, a hairdryer, an ironing board and an iron. The breakfast buffet is a good choice. A comfortable pool, there were always free sun beds, towels are provided. A quiet place for a measured rest. There is a pier right next to the hotel, from which boats regularly sail to the main part of the city, where the metro station is 150 meters away.

I recommend it 100%. Very nice and clean hotel. The staff is professional. There is a transfer to the sea and to the Dubai Mall. In front of the hotel there is a good grocery store like our Vkusville. There is a lot of ready-made food.
There is a very beautiful promenade area next to the hotel. There are many cafes and restaurants. I will definitely return there.

A place to live. Not far from the airport. Mega playgrounds, sports ground. There is even a separate playground for walking with your four-legged pets. Shops , beauty salon , flower salon, exchange office. Beautiful promenade. Perfect.

Prasath, Mododets, Everything Is Great! Shellah is very Attentive and helpful.
The breakfast is super, even the Red fish is of perfect quality. Every day, several times, a free, clean bus takes you to Dubai Mall, a beautiful Azure beach.

A very large area with tables in the interior of the hotel, which overlooks the Burj Khalifa and the bay. The pool is small, but it is enough. The rooms may have a balcony facing the city center, or they may also face the road. A taxi to the center is about 40-50 dirhams economical.

A good hotel for business trips, 10 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes to Dubai Mall. A pleasant bay, you can have a snack both in the hotel itself and in the restaurants on the embankment. Good breakfast buffet style. There is a small warm swimming pool (heated in winter). Nice rooms with good cosmetics. Of the disadvantages, I can note the strong smell of flavors in the hallway, but after a couple of days you get used to it.

A wonderful hotel, almost everything was perfect.
There is an early check-in system, starting at 7 a.m. the cost is 500 dirhams, breakfast is not included. If you arrive earlier, it is better to book immediately for an additional day, then tomorrow will be in the morning.
The rooms are clean, new, and very cozy. We took it with a view of the marina, the views are fascinating, especially the sunset. There is a pleasant Arabic aroma in the hotel corridor, there are three elevators on each side, everything is always free, there is no need to wait for elevators. The hotel is 8-9 floors, I recommend taking higher rooms if you choose with a view of the marina. Because next to the Fantan hotel, it works until 22-23 hours, it is too noisy with an open balcony.
The room has everything for a comfortable stay, an empty refrigerator, an iron with ironing board, a safe, a lot of hangers (you can always ask for additional ones). A bathroom with moving, opening walls is an interesting design solution. Walls do not create discomfort, because both the shower and toilet are closed by separate glass doors. The room is very bright, full of different lights. The room has both European sockets (near the TV) and standard Arabic ones (with three plugs), the beds have USB, so there will be no problems with charging.
The rooms are cleaned daily, there were no questions about cleaning (I am very picky in this matter), the only cleaning is mainly in the afternoon, it is not always convenient. 2 liter bottles of water are brought with each cleaning, and additional water can also be requested at the reception. By the way, there is always a free lemonade at the entrance to the hotel (water with lemon and orange), it is pleasantly refreshing upon returning from a walk.
The hotel has its own swimming pool with a view of the marina, there are not many sun beds, if there is a shortage, they get extra bags. There is a bar by the pool, you can order food and drinks, and two bottles of water are also provided for free.
All the staff at the hotel are English-speaking, Russian-speakers have not been met in 10 days.
Good breakfasts, but little variety, are already boring for 3-4 days. Be sure to try the omelet, it is prepared in front of you, adding ingredients as desired. I was very worried that there would be no sausage on the tables, there are always problems with it in Emirates hotels, but there was no limit to my happiness when halal and chicken sausage turned out to be on the breakfasts, even there were sausages. Of the disadvantages, the waiters bring tea, brewing it in advance, the option is suitable only for lovers of bitter and strong tea. It would be great if the hotel added the opportunity for guests to choose and make their own tea.
The hotel has its own free shuttle service, goes during the day to Dubai Mall and back, as well as to La Mer beach, you do not need to make an appointment in advance, there is enough space for everyone. There is also a water tram near the hotel, in just 2 dirhams you can find yourself at the green Creek metro station or at the Festival shopping center.
The location of the hotel is generally a separate story, a sooo good place, the new Creek Harbour area, surrounded by water in a circle, green, colorful, with many recreation areas and playgrounds. The area is still completely unfinished, so there are quite a few construction sites, while they are all fenced off as much as possible for safety, it is worth noting that construction has been completed around the hotel for a long time, and no construction noises will bother you. The view from the area to the skyscrapers of Downtown, in the evening you can even see the light show on the Burj Khalifa.
I was disappointed that the hotel did not respond to my birthday in any way, there was no compliment, even just a note, I think this is a flaw in the service.

Probably the best hotel I've been able to visit. It's not big, there aren't many people, the view of Dubai itself through the Bombezny Strait. In general, this new area resembles New York City. Everything is at the highest level. There is a place to walk, air conditioning everywhere, a well-groomed area. There are still construction sites, but it does not interfere, it is on the outskirts, we advise you!

I had a rest at the hotel from September 15 to 28. The room is spacious and comfortable. There is everything you need, up to an iron and ironing board. The staff left the best impressions. Registration of check-in and check-out took a few minutes, for which thanks to June and Aya. The view from the window was on the harbor. The sunrises and sunsets are amazing
