We arrived at night and were pleasantly surprised that dinner was waiting for us in the room! We spent the whole vacation surrounded by care, as if we had come to visit our relatives. In August 2025, we stayed in Zhemchuzhina for 18 days. We are very grateful to the owner, Gemma, a great soul, a grandmother and a woman 🙏🏻 Thank you for your kindness and hospitality. The hotel is bright and spacious, the rooms are clean, linen and towels are changed frequently, cleaned constantly. Wi-Fi is working. The beach is nearby, sun beds, umbrellas, sun beds are available. Before booking the tour, I called the hostess and asked if it would be possible to put a third full-size bed in the room, since we are all adults and tall. Gemma asked my husband several times if he had enough food and needed a supplement. Attention is always invaluable!!! The territory is clean. There are many flowers under the windows of the balconies! We got to the Victory Day holiday on September 30th. There was a Victory Day march in the city, and a surprise was waiting for us at the hotel. A delicious dinner and a glass of champagne for each guest. Early October, the weather was warm and we were still swimming and sunbathing. The hotel has its own beach, its own sun beds, umbrellas. The sea is clear, the sun is warm, the hotel is wonderful. We are grateful to the staff and hostess Jimma for their hard work and caring for their guests. We had a rest in Abkhazia for the first time, we were only on an excursion. People in Abkhazia are friendly and well-connected. P.S. this is not about the hotel, but about the administration of the city of Gudauta. There are a lot of stray animals. What I didn't like: the furniture, namely the bed, as well as pillows and mattress, everything is old, the furniture in the room is disjointed, which immediately spoils the impression. The lack of cleaning in the room (this is what distinguishes the hotel from other accommodation facilities), with the exception of cleaning the toilet and taking out the garbage from it. The linen is clean. I won't say anything bad about the staff, they are polite and responsive. The food is peculiar, but it's for an amateur, everything is acceptable. We were in 2023. The food is the most delicious (we went through all the coastal cafes), the room has everything you need: towels for the shower and for the beach, shampoos, soap, clothes dryer, refrigerator, TV with Russian channels, iron on each floor, the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner are included in the price, lunch is for a fee, for about 300-400rubles you can overeat per person, and most importantly, everything is very tasty). We have a fishing rod, bought gear at the bazaar, went fishing, caught a mutton and a ruff. I highly recommend it, you won't regret coming))) there is no entertainment on the beach, there are no discos, this is a rest for the soul, peace and quiet and the sea!!!
